I ordered on a Thursday night, and my package arrived the next day - less than 24 hours later, by a delivery company who brought it straight to my door. And shipping was FREE!! And I live on the outskirts of Calgary!! You don't see service like this very often. I was super impressed. The tea is fantastic too. My friends have been bringing me Chai straight from India so my standards have become high. After this experience, Chai Spice is the only place I'm buying from....
Happened to stop by their booth at Taste of Calgary. Despite being quite busy, they were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. We ended up bringing home a five of their teas and have fallen in love with all of them. The Cutting Chai is a highlight, with the Ayur Shakti coming in just below.
