Waited just under an hour for my order including a 10 minute line to order. Then during my order she told me she didn't think my drink would look pretty with pearls. They placed my drinks in the bag horizontally and one of the lids was not sealed correctly and leaked everywhere. Then after that the kids were extremely hard to poke through with the straw and spilt everywhere. 1/5 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered popcorn chicken on February 12th notifying the employees that I had a severe fish allergy, asking it to be fried in separate oil and they complied. first employee messed up gave me a xl chicken breast, offered to remake it and i agreed. When I got the popcorn chicken I ordered i noticed there were bits of calamari and random fries in my popcorn chicken? my first experience at this cha time has been terrible and the whole time the employees were arguing with each other about the schedule instead of taking customers order, so unprofessional and disgusting. will not be returning or recommending to anyone

Some days, there are great workers. Other days, not so much. I am lucky that there were good workers when I visited. Even though that the worker was quiet, she made my drink really good. I got the honey dew smoothie, blended to perfection and she gave me alot of pearls which I am pleased to recive. I had a quarter of the cup of pearls. I hope this place stays open because of its convenient location. I just wish that tge workers would interact with their customers more.

So what happened with your straws!!! Hot drinks not so hot yet it did this to the straw after 3 sips!! Had a clump of boba on bottom of cup that had to eat with a spoon đ. Go back to your old stand plz!!

I have many points and a free drink reward to redeem, but today the staff told me I couldn't redeem my rewards and they don't use reward card anymore. I don't get any notice said about this. I am so disappointed their customer service.

We ordered a peach green tea, the drink literally tasted like lychee and not peach. So we went back thinking it wouldnât be a big deal for them to just remake it (we were being so nice about it, as we work in the fast food industry and understand). The girl made a big deal out of it, stating that the colour of our drink is peach as it is lighter than the lychee. I explained that, both my wife and I tried it and it tastes like lychee (she hates the taste of lychee). We saw the girl making another drink so we thought she was remaking it for us but they remade a whole new lychee version just to prove our drinkâs colour is correct. I explained that it might just be residue from a lychee drink before hand on the shaker cup and she just wanted to be right.
They also took our drink and cut the lid open so they can sniff it, which is absolutely disgusting. The girl does not have any customer service what so ever. We were here July 21. We will not be coming back to this store anymore and we frequently come here. I would advise to not come here. Horrible service. Horrible quality. Donât recommend. The girl needs training or something, sheâs rude. We just left without a refund, without our drink being remade and took the loss. Kind of ridiculous for a $7 drink.
I just wanted to make a PSA to the customers that order the taro. If you ask any of the workers that work here about the taro they will say itâs made with powder however there are real chunks of taro in the drink making it grainy please be aware before you order the taro! I see so many comments complaining about the taro being super grainy and made with âspoilt milkâ you are just uneducated and itâs super easy to just ask about it before you order. I honestly feel super bad for the workers who deal with these type of customers! I recommend getting it as a slush if you do not prefer the grainy texture of the taro milktea. Please educate yourselves because not every place has the same taro powders and itâs a common misconception. :)

I came here at 5pm on july 2nd and the lady serving needs to clean her ears because she got my order wrong. I believe that when youâre working customer service itâs essential to have clean ears to ensure that you can clearly understand those around you. I ordered taro and got pearl for some reason, I donât think they sound remotely similar but that just goes to show how plugged her ears probably are. The pearls are annoying to chew and the milk tea doesnât taste good either.

taro milk tea here is disgusting, not like the other places. Not the first review to complain about it either. Really donât want to be a Karen, but if customers really do matter there should be an offer to exchange the drink if they are repulsed by it. Especially since we tipped money as well. Atmosphere was nice but very disappointing experience.
