I ordered 2 spicy and 1regular chicken for my son from uber eats and they gave me all spicy.

Not the best place but when you’re wanting some bubble tea this place does the job, but really slowly because this place is severely understaffed. I used to come here alot but not anymore due to the cuts of budgeting from the manager.

It's alright. I usually get a smoothie or a bouble tea. No added sugar. It's more geared towards the younger crowd. Perfect after bowling at another business across the way.

I just went to this area a few minutes ago. I ordered a regular pop corn chicken and 2 milk teas. The cashier got it right, but when i was already in the hi way, that's where i found out that my pop corn chicken is the spicy one instead of a regular one. I have an allergy, so how can i eat it? When i called they just said sorry without giving me an option to even returned it. They're not paying attention, the ladies were just yapping. They're not even busy. I'm not coming back. No wonder the reviews were always disappointing.

Went to this Chatime the other day because I usually enjoy their drinks, but man, this visit was a serious letdown. First off, the drinks were fine—but what completely ruined the experience was the state of their bathrooms. Absolutely filthy. We're talking floors that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, trash overflowing, and a smell that made me want to walk right back out not the mention the unflushed toilet, I came in at a time when there were absolutely 0 customers so why are they not cleaning?

It's honestly unacceptable for a place that serves food and drinks to have such poor hygiene. If the bathrooms are in that condition, it makes you wonder how clean the rest of the place is behind the counter. Management really needs to step it up and take some pride in their location. I won’t be back until they get their act together.

Legitimately never make reviews, but decided to make one solely for how terrible this place is. Where do I even begin??

Firstly; my drink was just a regular fruit tea with half ice and half sugar and tapioca pearls. I received it with at least 100% sugar or more— it was so sweet, even a five year old couldn't tolerate it. Straight sugar. The tapioca tasted *mildly sour*. I'm very, if not completely sure, that that means they're expired. Nasty.

Secondly, the asian girl with long brown hair and glasses was just flat out vile. I think her name was Cindy? Like, I know you're tired, but that doesn't mean you have to be straight up spiteful. I didn't provoke her or anything— just asked for my drink to be remade. She rolled her eyes.

Don't go here. Everything is overpriced, undercooked, or spoiled. Syrup leaking from bottles— everything. Just unhygienic in general.

Until this location gets a deep clean, retrains its staff, and gets inspected, no one should go. Ever.

One of my go to boba spots! The staff here are always super kind and patient, they really helped me figure out what to try when I couldn’t decide. Great variety on the menu, and everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Speaking from personal experience I’ve always had a great visit at this Chatime. The workers are always efficient and are more than willing to adjust my drink if there are any issues.

Not too sure what criticizing the Chatime employees will do for future experiences as all these recent negative reviews seem so easily fixable if the issues were just brought up at the time of visit but maybe that’s just me.

Cindy has always been a pleasure and I always stop by for a Thai milk tea when I’m in the area.

Place isn't sanitary. Came because reviews claimed good service, kind workers.

I was promptly disappointed. The negative reviews are inherently accurate. As for the worker that most of these reviews seem to polarize — I can say that the ones that claim her ignorance and rudeness are wholly true. This is just my experience. The matcha is diluted, the atmosphere is sterile at best and boring otherwise.

I'll be filing for an AHS screening and contacting management. That girl should not be working there, and that place should be shut down. Management should not be allowing this to happen, and accepting poor quality in their drinks and workers.

I don't need to reiterate what other reviewers have said. The positive claims, are entirely falsified.

ordered a matcha latte and was given what looks to be clumpy and grainy matcha. Such poor quality, it ended up just tasting like milk.
all the powder sank to the bottom, no matter how much I mixed it I wouldn’t dissolve. plus it was room temp for some reason. I expect better, I used to come here in the past, didn’t expect such poor quality drinks

Went in the other day and had a great experience with Cindy! She was so sweet and made sure that I got everything I needed and was happy before leaving the store. Would definitely go there again!

I got the taro milk tea after one of the employees, Cindy, recommended it. It has easily become one of my favourite drinks. Loved my experience here - great vibes, friendliest worker and a really yummy bbtea :D Thanks again for the recommendation Cindy!!

Boba is always consistent here! All the staff are nice and accommodating. I usually see cindy there and she always has nice chats with me :) All the staff work hard and are efficient even when it’s super busy at times. Always happy to come back!

Ordered a large Matcha slush, it is very obvious a low quality matcha if not just culinary matcha.
The colour is off, gritty feel in your mouth, and incredibly watered down. More of a water with a slight matcha taste than anything.
Would not recommend going here and will not be back.
(only giving 2 stars because it is drinkable so not a complete waste of money even if it’s not good)

Good spot for some decent bubble tea.
Good service as well. Not too busy.
