Chatime is a fabulous place to meet up with friends for food and drinks. The staff, including Jessica, provides awesome service. While some issues with cleanliness were noted, the atmosphere was enjoyable. The undercooked pearls were a downside, but the Mango milk smoothie was a hit. The empty location ensured good service, and the clean washroom was a plus.
