How come it's 3:30pm on a Saturday and there's only one staff working? I feel bad for the worker as it's not their fault that the management didn't set them up for success. Please schedule more workers during the weekend when it's busy

Tasted awful, and the guy was literally smoking outside before serving us and went back to smoking right after. The branding on the cups are not chatime and so many drinks are missing from the menu. Its not the same place, don’t even bother going to this location unless you are looking to have a stomach ache.

This used to be my go to place to get bubble tea as a university student. It was fast, the drinks are fairly priced compared to their competitors and the food, specifically the popcorn chicken was great and reminded me of street food from back home. The quality has dropped significantly and I'm incredibly disappointed as, again, they haven't overpriced their bubble tea like other shops. My order today was below average at best. Some of my popcorn chicken tasted burnt. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the cashier was friendly. I don't understand why this shop has a Chatime sign and uses the Chatime menu when it's not comparable to other locations at all. It's a shame because it's a great location for students so it says a lot if it is empty during exam season when students are looking for places to study.

Placed an order on Too Good To Go which was to be picked up between 8:30 and 9:00pm. Got there at 8:33pm and the doors were locked, no lights on. Looked long closed. The app refunded my money but annoyed that I drove there in the snow to find an empty shop with no hours posted.
This place is definitely no longer a ChaTime. I popped in tonight and apparently the guy who makes the bubble tea left early. Despite the hours being 11am-9pm (I got here before 9pm) and didn't have anyone there to make the drinks. The young Asian man was kind and apologized. ( Not his fault, he makes the food ) If this is no longer a ChaTime, I'll go to another location. Can't say for the food, as I just wanted milk tea.

Should've read the reviews before going. There is a Chatime sign but they are not selling the drinks. Ordered the Roasted milk tea with grass jelly only to get some over steeped bizarre tasting Hong Kong style tea. Cups and labels are not chatime either. Place was empty. Now I know why. What's worse it made my husband and I feel sick..Owner Etransferred me a refund.
