I wish I could leave them a negative star. Honestly I never leave reviews but I have never been so mad and disrespected at a place for no reason! I went in with my daughter who is 6 to go get a bubble tea, I am not familiar with all these new tea and drinks! I barely ever get bubble tea but she wanted to try it! So we went it and when I asked a couple question each question I asked I got looked at like I was dumb and the lady with the short hair and glasses! Would look smirk and bat her eye lashes and answer so rudely and not even an answer. The lids on the cups are so hard to poke a hole in it! I splashed bubble tea everywhere! And they just looked at me and I am like can I have napkin!? She just took a few and basically threw them. Anyways just the way the lady at front is taking the orders and the way she was talking actually was so gross! She is lucky I had my daughter or I would have been just as rude back!!! Don’t go here!!!! There is better places with wayyy better service and way better bubble tea! Bubble tea was ok like 2 out of 5

Each time we have come to Chatime at this location, we have had a fantastic experience! The customer service has been lovely, the atmosphere is great, and the drinks are tasty. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a bubble tea spot!

The staff was really unprofessional and had a hard time understanding our request. Also, they didn't just give ketchup or napkins with our fries and chicken popcorn order. We had to go ask for ketchup and paper napkins, which again was awkward as they didn't understand the language much.

I tried to call in to order for pick up twice but no one answer the phone, so I tried to use their own online order website, but then at the end at the check out, I found out that for some reason they force u to pay for $1 convenience fee.

Terrible bubble tea. The pearls are awful. Taste like nothing. Got there 10 mins before close, they were closing early. Tried to turn me away although I ordered ahead and had my order accepted.
Seemed like a consolidation prize from some more popular places - and the atmosphere was unkempt. Went there for the drinks, and those were great :)

TThe customer service is really disappointing. I wish I could give them a negative rating. The staff is unfriendly and the service was subpar. We had to wait for 35 minutes to receive our chicken popcorn. The bubble tea had already been prepared and was left sitting on the counter while we waited for the chicken popcorn. I had to inquire about getting our drinks first. When I asked about the estimated wait time for my chicken popcorn, I was told 5 minutes, but it actually took an additional 15 minutes. I will not be returning to that store.
