Each time we have come to Chatime at this location, we have had a fantastic experience! The customer service has been lovely, the atmosphere is great, and the drinks are tasty. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a bubble tea spot!
The staff was really unprofessional and had a hard time understanding our request. Also, they didn't just give ketchup or napkins with our fries and chicken popcorn order. We had to go ask for ketchup and paper napkins, which again was awkward as they didn't understand the language much.
PS: If you don't want to read a VERY long review I suggest you skip over this.Here's a few things I should say from my experience in Chatime. When I first tried the brown sugar milk tea drink, I personally thought it was a bit watered down and didn't have enough tea or brown sugar flavor, and another problem; the pearls.
