Chennai Spice is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited for authentic South Indian food. The service is amazing, the prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Most importantly, the taste is absolutely top-notch—every dish is so delicious and flavorful. Highly recommended! 🌟

Food is really authentic, I tried Prota with Veg gravy which was really authentic not like lacha paratha in Punjabi Style...I am north Indian but travelled all across India for Food tasting and pre opening of food chain so can feel the difference if any but it was really great..
Great work team, keep it up and maintain this quality !!!!!

My experience at Chennai Spices' Thursday dosa night was, unfortunately, quite disappointing. It wasn't the impressive spread I'd eagerly heard about from friends and online reviews. The $18 dosa platter scheme, which I had high hopes for, turned out to be bland and tasteless, lacking the authentic flavours I expected. Additionally, the biryani we ordered was just mid-average, missing the rich, aromatic spices that usually define a good biryani. For all the hype and buzz surrounding the restaurant, I found it to be pretty overhyped and not worth the anticipation. I left feeling underwhelmed and dissatisfied.

Delicious authentic South Indian food! The idlis were soft and fluffy, and the dosa was perfectly crisp with tasty chutneys and sambar. Friendly service.

We had cheese mysore masala dosa and d.c. special thali.
Everything was so good and I loved the homely atmosphere that the gentleman created and fed us with so much love and kindness. We asked for extra sambhar and chutney. We also got filter coffee and it was the best!

We had a great experience at Chennai Spices. The food was delicious, and the service was just as impressive. Vinod served us, and he was excellent—friendly, attentive, and spot-on with his recommendations. We tried the CS Special Dosa and the Cocktail Uttappam, on his suggestion, and it turned out to be amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

We’ve eaten here several times before and usually enjoyed the food, but this time was very disappointing. The Schezwan noodles had too much orange food coloring, which the restaurant should reconsider. The chicken in the noodles was super hard and difficult to chew. The Kothu Parotta also had very hard roti with very little salna, which made it feel like it wasn’t prepared by a proper chef. The parotta and gravy were just average and the Chettinad chicken didn’t taste authentic at all. Overall, this was the worst experience we’ve had here compared to our previous visits.

Really liked the restaurant. These guys are also very kind enough to let us book it out to hold a big family dinner for a celebration. Highly recommended
