Chianti Café & Restaurant

My family and I went there for supper last night and we all had an amazing time. There were 13 of us because one of my dad's brothers, his family joined us. I have to say this was my first time eating at a Chianti restaurant. I also saw a cute waitress/server there who seemed new. She had a star sticker on the right side of her face, ponytail. But every female waitress/server were cute in their own way. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends whenever they come to Calgary for a vacational visit.

I love this restaurant! They have a decent sized menu, and their prices aren't bad. Every time I've been here, it has been relatively busy, but the service has been fast considering how many orders they had to make. And the food is amazing!!

Always great! My whole family loves coming here. All my kids will eat here which is amazing ! Funny part is all 7 of us all order the supremo (even the 4yr old) so good. The bruschetta is also to die for. Every dish I have tried has been good !
Staff is always great too.
Just wish there was a lil more room between tables sometimes as it can feel a little cramped as ppl walk past tables

Pasta and food tasted really sweet and not how Italian food should be, the pesto I could barely taste as well in my pasta and was overall a very disappointing meal..
we had really high expectations but were let down and won’t return

We love coming here for yummy food and great, friendly service. We come here often. It is busier on weekends. I love coming on a random weeknight for dinner. The servers are so amazing. It is a bit cramped when the restaurant is full and can get a bit loud. It is a lively environment!

I can't even imagine how many people had their first date in this restaurant! It has been around for many years for good reasons!

We 3 other ladies and myself went for birthday celebrations,we went mid week and about 1 pm. It wasn't really busy. Our server I wish I would have gotten her name was wonderful, looked after our GF person. The food was good I ordered the lasagna which was just a bunch of noodles stuck together with a lot of meat sauce, the bread was wonderful. We will be back sometime we are trying out new places all the time.

Contacted the alberta health inspector to report this restaurant chains gross negligence & poor food safety

Enjoyed the food and the service was great but this restaurant is way too crowded. The tables are far too close together making a private dinner conversation quite impossible. Felt like a screaming match between each table. Better choices are available and far more enjoyable.
