I had a glass of argentine wine with canneloni The wine was good , but I found the canneloni found it cold, Dry, Insufficient cheese and sauce
It was very disappointing. I didn't say anything though. Also we did come for an early dinner and I think they were rushing us badly for the next seating. A manager came with a take out for the rest that I didn't feel like eating it here as i wanted to eat it at home with adding sauce & cheese. Suddenly, he reached in,rudely, when I didn't start to put it in ther box and he said "here, let m: and.. I felt I was being literally told to hurt up & leave!!!! I would have loved to have sat there and talked longer, As we still had wine to sit upon. But even when they brought the wine and the buns they wanted to serve the meal immediately so that they could get another seating at the table immediately after us. I will never go early again I will try a different dish next time and go for a later dinner. Also I will tell them if I just like the meal as In previous years , the canneloni was so much better. And if the rushing may I will say what's the hurry? Why are you rushing us out the door we came to eat and enjoy an evening meal. We were barely there for an hour and 15 minutes for our evening.Meal feeling really rushed out the door. It was the rudest encounter.I have ever had at that restaurant as my fiancé.And I used to go there a lot. The food was better. The service was better and you felt like you really enjoyed the evening in the past. It was a terrible evening for me and left a horrible impression upon me and I don't even know if I ever feel it going back.

High service,
Medium food,
Low atmosphere.

It's not that the food was bland, but for Italian restaurant food, it was bland.

It could be worse, could be low food, medium service, high atmosphere. But then you're on Jupiter.

I use to go more frequently before. I will be honestly I came to the reviews first to see if the way I have been feeling about my most recent previous experiences have been shared or not, I was surprised by peoples reviews and photos. People are sharing photos of plates that are full and amazing looking. The past 2 times I have been disappointed…

I ordered the Lasagna the time before last. It use to come in the entire tray, in my opinion a “full” serving of lasagna. I was quite disappointed that it is now presented as a small square of pasta, sauce and cheese, served in the same tray so I have a literal comparison from what the dish use to be… The price was still the same. I left still very hungry.

I went again last night with my significant other. I tried a different dish in hopes it would satisfy my need for pasta this time but was also disappointed…

I got the Chicken Parmesan. There was a “large” but thinned piece of chicken breaded with ham and cheese on top. I will be honestly, it tasted weird and off. I half thought I was gonna be sick the next day…The amount of spaghetti was so small. I had to slow myself down in order to essentially one bite the amount of pasta..

Other things about my last visit:
- Was greeted right away in a friendly manner.
- Was seated right away but the table location was cramped (a foot away from the table that were both tucked into a corner) and felt like I couldn’t have any kind of proper conversation during dinner.
- They forgot to bring us the “complimentary bread” we were sitting there until our appetizer came out and I had to ask for it, they questioned if we had actually already received it.

Very dissapointed the last 2 times iv gone here. My pasta tonight was to have been a tortellini al pana with baked cheese. Upon taking my first couple bites it didn't taste like what it regularly would. The sauce was very runny with no real kick of the taste I'm used to. After a couple more bites I noticed a stringy like substance and chalked it up to maybe the tortellini was cooked to long, when I pulled the cheese back it came to my surprise that there was fettuccine noodles all over in it. I'd let my server know right away as only a few bites were taken and she called the manager over, his excuse was oh the basket the tortellini was in must have had a boil over of fettuccine noodles. Ok and? He was willing to do nothing and asked if it was ok, I expressed to him I'd ordered tortellini not fettuccine and that I wasn't impressed. He said he'd talk to the kitchen and I agreed that it was super lazy for them to just serve a dish like that. The desert my daughter ordered which was the caramel brulee tasted like lighter fluid as described by my brother and none of us were able to get it down. Again nothing transpired from that item either and we were charged full price for said items. Why is it that excuses ensue by management when they messed up and needed to have replaced my meal asap or atleast pull the meal off the bill. The meal had a few bites and went into the trash immediately since it was no longer enjoyable. Very dissapointed with what our restaraunt experiences have been twice now. Very up in the air if ill be returning or not! The waitress was the only decent part to our experience, thank you for going above and beyond!

Calamari was the worst I ever had. Pasta was okay if you like American style processed food.

Have been coming here since before I can even remember. My family’s favourite place for cheap, cheerful, delicious pasta. Can’t think of a time I’ve had a bad experience here in over 20 years!

Gamberi de niro was good. Aperol spritz was not - it was just uncarbonated water and bitters. Perhaps they forgot the Prosecco?

Last time the experience was not so good. Order a salad with salmon and the size of salmon was like a sample - way different I was used to get.

I went for lunch with my family on Saturday Oct 5th, 2024 and we got food poisoning. My daughter went to hospital and my wife were very sick. Visiting for years and no having issues but that was the last time That I will be there.

We used to come here all the time, but unfortunately the food has gone down hill, I loved the veal and chicken parmesan, but as of late it's been so over cooked and dry. What a waste. I do like the house special combo but that's about it. Sorry but Toscana on Macleod and Heritage is far better.

Update... Sept 2024..

Food here has considerably better over the last couple of years. Veal is no longer overcooked and dry, been back a few times.. service is great
