Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - Calgary's Original

Have driven by this place so much without actually trying it, so went ahead and it really didn't disappoint. The quality and the taste was really up there. Highly recommend the meat lovers pizza. And very friendly owners as well.

We visited the city on August 19, 2025 and ordered an all meat deep dish and so happy we did! What an amazingly tasty pizza!! Love that it is halal. The gentleman was so kind to us and chatted with us while we waited. Highly recommended pizza place.

Soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, generously filled — the place was clean, and the staff were very respectful.
It was truly a great spot, I definitely recommend it!

I've ordered from here (sunridge location) many many times, it's been a few years now since my last order, but I was in the area and thought I would smooth my cravings from the good old days...they used to make the best ground beef from scratch (also used in lasagna) , ordered the Mexicana, but this time around the beef was very tough and chewy to eat, so tough , that I had to spit out the tough and chewy parts....common now, you guys can do better.

Pizza is really good I recommend grabbing a small for 2 ppl maybe 3 and only grab large if u have a larger amount of ppl eating, wings r bomb food is fire I ain’t capping

Itss really good food there and really nice workers but the place is small and there’s like only few chairs and the parking is so small but it’s really good food and really good workers and in cheape prices

Tried the deep dish meat pizza and it did not disappoint! The quality and quantity of cheese were spot-on—rich, flavorful, and definitely worth the price. The crust was perfectly baked, with a hearty layer of meat and sauce that made every bite satisfying. What really stood out was the lady preparing the pizza—she was kind, welcoming, and clearly knew what she was doing. You could tell she had real expertise in making authentic deep dish pizza. Highly recommended if you’re looking for the real deal! N its Halal !!

Amazing Food and wonderful Service

Must be under new management I'm not sure. Not the friendliest person at the location. I'm from out of town (3hrs) and always stop at this location when I come to Calgary today was a different experience. I'm thankful the food makes up for the service.

Ordered this food because I wanted a proper deep dish pizza. I’m for quality over quantity so i was happy to pay $40 for a pizza (xl pepperoni)

My god, it’s like 60% bread. I got this big square loaf of bread with some sauce lightly spread on with cheese and pepperoni.

Such a misleading title; there are as many toppings and dominos, lack of sauce, and to top it off, the dough wasn’t even good
