Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - Calgary's Original

Seriously this store was one of the best pizza store before the new owner took over. I don’t understand these guys. Yesterday literally yesterday they charged a can pop $1.75 (they charged $1.75 since forever) and today just because I went twice for can pop they were charging $2. Price changes within fewest hours. Huh! There should have limits of greediness. Obviously it’s only 0.25 cents for me but here is talking about their way of behaviour. Rude and arrogant. I know if I stop going there, their business will still run but thing is please change your behaviour. Don’t bring your messed up upbringing in this country. I wish I could have given 0 out of 5. They don’t deserve even 0 because of their behaviour.

Ok now I am adding something. Did I ever ask for free pop from you? You guys gave me but I was always ready my phone for payment (apple pay) and if you have recording just go and watch if I ever asked for free pop! Disgusting seriously. Not fighting for 0.10 or 0.25 cents dude. Don’t need to turn the table. You guys are such a liar. I never ever argue with anything. Again go and check your recording.

Very Disappointed!

I ordered the Meat Lovers pizza, but “Where’s the meat??? It was like sandwich meat on focaccia bread — really cheap quality for the price. Online menu showed $29.95 for a medium Meat Lovers, plus $4 for a special on 10 wings, but my total came to $47.00through delivery, with no receipt attached to the box.

I’m super disappointed by the price discrepancy and the poor quality of the food. I’m still wondering where the extra charge came from, and still waiting for a call back after expressing my concerns.

The worst customer service it feels agressive and very hostile customer service when you walk in they give a hate look like you trespassed and they start giving orders stand here and there and no thanks or please will be heard from them

Just had the unfortunate luck to order from here for the first time. I thought I was getting a Chicago style deep dish pizza like the ones I had from Giordano’s. Unfortunately that was not the case. What I got was a New York style Sicilian pie instead. Although the pizza was ok. It was not Chicago style deep dish. Disappointed.

This place is disgusting! I don't recommend coming here to anyone. The staff is not friendly and the food is not worth the price. Too much dough...and dirt on the premises. My friend found a hair in the pizza. During Stampede we went in to eat pizza, it was just as awful as their music. I categorically do not recommend it!
