Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - Calgary's Original

We ordered through uber eats for the first time.
There was a metal piece in the first pizza slice.
Still waiting for uber eats response.
Such a bad experience.
Requesting to think before ordering .
The metal piece hurt my teeth ,started bleeding.

Ordered from here Sunday night. I ordered a Large Galaxy: Pepperoni, Salami, Mushrooms, Beef, Bacon, Onions, Green Peppers, Shrimp, Olives, Pinapple, Tomatoes, Cheese.

For one, the driver went to the wrong address. The reception confirmed my address TWICE. When he arrived, I had a luke warm pizza. My "free gift" for being late? A free dipping sauce.

Now to the pizza. After a couple pieces, it just wasn't seeming as loaded as it should have been. I dismantled the centre piece. What was all on my pizza? Salami, Beef, Onions, Green Peppers, Olives, Cheese. HMMMMMM.... seems quite a bit is missing. I dismantled a second piece. Same. Missing pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon, shrimp, pineapple and tomatoes.

WHAT did you give me? Not to mention a nearly $10 delivery fee for a late pizza that was wrong. I didn't tip your driver.

I will not be back. So disappointed.

I usually never rate any store below 4 stars but I am highly disappointed. I guess worker here need to learn about customer service. I would never ever buy from here again.

I visited Chicago Pizza and was surprised to find they charged me more than the menu price without any warning. When I asked about it, the lady working there told me that the price on the menu was old and what she charged me was the new price. Despite raising my concerns, she seemed unwilling to address the issue or offer a refund. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of transparency and won’t be returning. I can’t recommend this place to others either, and I will never suggest anyone to go there.”

I just had a brutal exchange with the location. I called for a small pizza and they said:
"where are you at?"
Me: "6620 36 St NE"
Then: "oh that's pretty far"
Me: "it's about a 5 mins drive"
Them: "what do your want?"
Me: "Small Hawaiian"
then: "We don't have small, we only have large"
Me: "your website has small and medium"
them: "we don't have small... only medium and large, the order has to be $40"
Me: "but the medium pizza is $26. $14 for delivery"
them "yup"

Very good pizza I loved the deep dish, it was very well worth it.
