I had gone here for my birthday snack pack (this was back in February when they were still doing it) instead of the one in Kensington, big mistake. This location was very dirty, and staff couldn’t even hear what I was saying because they had their AirPods in probably at full volume and didn’t take them out. Before they would give me my food, they made me go on google and give them a 5 star review. They refused to give me my food till I gave it to them and I gave the excuse that I didn’t have wifi, took my food and left. Weirdest encounter ever and I’m obviously not giving 5 stars for free. The food was cold as if it had been sitting out of the fryer for a good 20 minutes. Please do better, that’s not ok.

Went on October 7th ordered fish and chips. Asked about more tartar sauce and asked if they were packets like ketchup. They say you get two and 50 cents for each additional. So I payed for two more. When served., not packets but small containers with about two packets worth of tartar sauce. So I returned the two containers back. The lady was very rude from the beginning when I asked if they made a chicken sandwich. // fish was almost non existent and much greasy batter. Fries were limp cold and greasy. Do Not Recommend the fish and chips at chicken on the way.

As i was stepping out of Chicken on the way a homeless woman approached me asked for something to drink and eat. So i took her in Chicken on the way. I got her a can of pop and she was going through the menu. When the lady on the register said they will feed her from their side. I always like to support business like this. Keep up the great work team. ?
