I’m not looking for atmosphere but I am looking for good food and service, neither of which I got here. They forgot to put my chicken in my order which I didn’t discover until I got home and had to go back! Then when I did get home with the chicken (BTW they blamed ME for not “checking” my order before leaving the store) I found the side was NOT the one I asked for and to top it off the chicken was dry and obviously old. Never again at this location!!!

Absolute garbage! Threw potato salad directly into the black bin ! Fries dripping with oil and get this….mixed in pieces of fish ! Gross. Im disappointed in myself as I’ve stopped eating here in the past. But surely won’t make this mistake again!

Worst meal ever. Fries are extra greasy, undercooked, soggy Corn fritters soaked in oil, Chicken not light and crispy. It also dripping grease. And then we get charged $8.00 for delivery when we are about a 5 to 6 minute drive from store Background noise so loud during our phone order, Order taker had to ask 3 times for information Looked for contact information to no avail in order to speak to owner about the quality

I understand you guys are busy for the Stanley Cup Finals Game #7. BUT when you pick up the phone after 4 minutes of ringing, say please hold, but set the phone down not put me on hold, and then ignore me for 17 minutes, it's incredibly ridiculous.
You should have been better prepared for the busy night knowing Game #7 was happening.
I get to hear all the noise of you making orders and your door bell when new customers enter. I get to hear their orders get taken. Meanwhile here I am, sitting on hold like a loyal customer, being ignored.
Just ridiculous. This is why I will still prefer the Forest Lawn Location.
I know you're not a rude staff, but this is by far the worst customer service I've experienced from your location ever.
Ordered lunch while at work, got a confirmation email and text. Go to pick it up just before the time stated, and the lady says there is no record for the order. "Just cancel the order" is what I was told, no offer to make it even when presented with confirmation, no apology and no way to cancel the order through their website. Quite disappointed in this experience.

This is the only chicken on the way which doesn’t offer birthday meals. Unfortunately.
Owner is very rude, don't even bother calling in advance for an order because they will not make it. Called at 5:11, and he said "be here in 15mins". Roughly 10mins late, got there at 5:40 (it's a snow day), no order to be found. They did not say anything about forgetting about it. When I asked him why am I waiting another 15mins for my order that clearly they never made, what he did is blame it on me because he said "you're an hour late", which is a very big lie. I guess his sense of time is messed up. He did apologized, but why raise your voice and lie at the first place when your customer is just asking for an explanation. ?
