Owner is very rude, don't even bother calling in advance for an order because they will not make it. Called at 5:11, and he said "be here in 15mins". Roughly 10mins late, got there at 5:40 (it's a snow day), no order to be found. They did not say anything about forgetting about it. When I asked him why am I waiting another 15mins for my order that clearly they never made, what he did is blame it on me because he said "you're an hour late", which is a very big lie. I guess his sense of time is messed up. He did apologized, but why raise your voice and lie at the first place when your customer is just asking for an explanation. ?

Worst chicken on the way soo dirty! Guy sneezed on the chicken and tried to give it to me. Rude customer service too!
The food: I ordered the hungry man 5 pieces with extra fritters. Chickens are very decent sized, juicy and delicious. Fries are huge compared to fast food chains. The fritters have just enough sweetness to them and I love dipping them in the gravy! Should’ve ordered extra gravy with it lol my family including my doggies love the meal! 8/5 :DThe staff: the gentleman behind the counter is super nice! And I love how he wrapped my take out using paper instead of plastic bag! Thank you sir! 5/5The parking lot: I went there ahead of lunch hour. The parking lot is shared with No Frills and Service Canada but it has plenty of spots and I easily found a nice parking spot for myself, so 5/5

As I was standing in the long queue at Service Canada and was super hungry as well. I happen to notice this eatery with Halal sign. I found the owner very polite and welcoming when he understood that I’m very new here. I ordered 1 chicken leg but he gave a drumstick as well as a courtesy. Thanks to this man!

I got a flyer from them in the mail so I figured I would give them a try. The portions were really nice but the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The fries also tasted old.
This is the only chicken on the way which doesn’t offer birthday meals. Unfortunately.
