We ordered takeout. Not great food, quite disappointing unfortunately. We will not be ordering from here again.

Excellent quality food. Tastes super fresh, healthy, flavourful; NOT over-salted & greasy like many places. Please note there is no dine-in at Walden location.

Not sure how this place is open? They accept online orders that don’t go through but still charge the credit card. Had to go to the location to see if it had gone through, no one at the front and called their number. Let it ring and ring and finally answered and the order hadn’t made its way but confirmed we did get charged with an automatic tip on top of that. Gave our order again and was asked to come back in 20 mins, drove home, came back 25 mins later and waited to find out something we ordered wasn’t available. Restaurant is closed off, can see booths behind a strange ikea furniture barricade. It’s not a great experience

Hid I could rate less than 1 star I would! I went in and ordered then took home a beef and broccoli as well as a chicken chow main. Both dishes were equally bad. Beef and broccoli also contained shrimp and onion and carrots. While this might sound delicious to have extra ingredients it WAS NOT! The chicken chow mei had all those ingredients as well as rubber tasting chicken that tasted like it came from a big g bowl of precooked chicken from the freezer! I will never recommend and will never go back, also my husband was sick for a week I assume from the shrimp which tasted off!

I only ordered one item, the ginger beef. It was tasty, wish it had a bit more sauce. I'll order more dishes in the future.

Since the closing of my favourite restaurant, the Spicy Hut, I am hunting for something remotely close. The Chili Garden Chinese and Thai is very far from home but we were in the area so we picked up some 3 things that we would normally have picked up. at the "Hut". Hot and Sour Soup, Kang Ka Rhee Gai, and coconut rice. All were good but the soup and the Gai could use more heat for our tastes. The soup was a different flavour but good, the vegetables were not as crisp as i would like either. The gai had great pieces of chicken and the sauce was nice. It needed a bit more depth of flavour and crisper vegetables but it was good. it will be hard to replace the hut, but this is decent. Wish they had eat in. Portion sizes were decent for the price. I always ask for no MSG and i believe there was none.

Ordered Sweet and Sour Pork and Pork Dumplings. Food was all very dry, bland, and seems old and microwaves.

Atmosphere doesn’t really apply here anymore. Anyway I think their BBQ pork fried rice is one of the best I’ve had in the city. From what I’ve ordered, everything has been really good.

Look how they butchered my boy.
Seems to have gone down hill. All of our food tasted like they have been cooking with old rancid deep fry oil. Even the wor won ton soup seemed off.To make matters worse I just found a piece of metal in my left over noodles, never again.
Got grilled dumplings (misspelled on the menu as "Orilled Pork Dumplinga") which were the only thing barely passable as food, but still had to throw them out because they had no flavour. The wonton soup had zero flavour and was room temperature at best, so it also got chucked out. And finally, the so-called "Tormonese Chow Mein" had gelatinous globs of 'meat" of inconsistent temperatures and thicknesses,.and the baby corn was grey/black and had hard bits at the stems. I tried to eat around the 'meat' to enjoy the noodles, but they were flavorless so I chucked it too. I basically spent $52 for inedible trash and will be going to bed hungry. I hope I survive the night. On a positive note, they spelled my name right on the packaging.
