Awesome Nihari and Haleem .
I have been in calgary for the last 13 years and no one can beat Chillies Nihari so far.
Imtiaz(owner) is a great person.

I ordered the Nehari very bad taste.
Nehari was not fresh.

Food has an amazing taste.

But Just a heads up, when ordering make sure you’re getting for the right price.
It happened with us twice while ordering they have 2 price lists at the counter.
According to them, one price menu is from 2021 and they have always that one on top and the current one underneath it.
They won’t tell you, you’ll have to notice it by yourselves.
Because they add up the total bill with the new price, which is higher than the older menu.
We tried lasagna and beef boti roll, both were delicious.

Don't tell him that u are a tourist. He is one of the dishonest person I have ever seen in the restaurant industry.
He chaged $28 extra according to his menue price from a bill of $84 just because figured out that we are not from here. He did not even offer the receipt.

The food was taken out from fridge and heated up at microwave quickly before being served. It had no taste and was not good quality. When I called staff they said sorry I have loss my money and time waste also feeling bad.

The food is great, parking sucks, and the owner yells at his workers…. Which is Rude. Would I eat here again - yes but I feel awful the cooks who have been treated badly on many occasions.

I enjoyed beef nehari, it was delicious. I came back to Calgary after 8 years. Went straight to The Chillies 17 Ave.

Nihari, haleem and Biryani are the best in CGY that I have had. Closest to Karachi taste. The owner is a very nice gentleman. Have been going to this place for years everytime I am in Calgary

We ordered take away today, bun kebabs and kebab roll and beef kebab rolls were so delicious. Haleem and nihari were yummy as well. It was our first visit and we will go again and again. Loved the food and falooda icecream was just super amazing.

We ordered from chilies via uber eats for Eid yesterday and I am telling you the biryani was perfection. My mom enjoyed it so much which put a smile on her face after we had dinner. The Haleem was also super delicious and very filling. It has been so long since we ate such a good biryani, and haleem and this spot feeds the craving. Also their customer service was excellent and beyond. I spoke on the phone regarding food safety as I prefer them to use gloves for religious reasons. The guy mentioned he will pack it himself and accommodated our requests. At this restaurant not only everything was perfect, but this order also arrived so quickly! It arrived within 30 minutes despite the big order. If you are craving delicious Pakistani aromatic food - definitely go here. No other place matches to chilies standard of taste.
