**PROUDLY NUMBER 1 NIHARI PLACE IN TOWN FOR OVER 13 YEARS** A very famous spicy Beef Shank curry cooked at slow heat for 8-10 hours or until shank meet falls off the bones. Garnished with Ginger julienne, Cilantro, Green Chilies and Lemon.

Big chunks of lean Beef along with some lentils, whole wheat, barley and spices cooked for 7-8 hours (until tender) then mashed for hours with a 5-6 feet long wooden mallet to bring a Flavorful and Aromatic pasty texture. Food has an amazing taste.

But Just a heads up, when ordering make sure you’re getting for the right price.
It happened with us twice while ordering they have 2 price lists at the counter.
According to them, one price menu is from 2021 and they have always that one on top and the current one underneath it.
They won’t tell you, you’ll have to notice it by yourselves.
Because they add up the total bill with the new price,...

The food is great, parking sucks, and the owner yells at his workers…. Which is Rude. Would I eat here again - yes but I feel awful the cooks who have been treated badly on many occasions.

Nihari, haleem and Biryani are the best in CGY that I have had. Closest to Karachi taste. The owner is a very nice gentleman. Have been going to this place for years everytime I am in Calgary
