The store manager is the worst ever I have seen in experience (lot of complaints about her in other reviews too..still she is very rude to customers, wondering if chipotle ever warned her??).We showed our mobile order to pickup and the store members are not ready to provide the items on the list, saying that it’s not on their list or system…Req to talk to the store manager and she was very rude saying that’s not in their list..tried to explain that it’s on the list in which the chipotle sent an order summary to our email..even after that she is not ready to provide the item and started arguing..it was very disappointing and we don’t want to argue more..we left the store saying “we will report this”. The store manager said “ok, go and report”…which is very rude in customer service profession and very unprofessional…we didn’t ask anything free..we just requested an item that is mentioned on the order summary …whole day is ruined because of the way she treated us…”It’s very simple to solve this issue—apologise to the customer and provide the things what was listed on the order summary send by chipotle itself..we didn’t ask anything extra…can’t digest the way she behaved…worst customer experience ever….do not suggest this location, instead try other locations in Calgary…

Walked in for veg bowl and found out they don't have all the items available. No veggies on counter, told we don't have these And when i said give me queso instead of veggies and they were like we have to charge everything and but they wanna charge for the stuff they don't even have. And very bad customer service.

Good taste but now is too less food. And terrible customer service when you tell me there are literally 25 people waiting in line and you only have three employees: one working the pick-up orders, one in the kitchen, and just one is for the line on a summer Sunday.

Changing my review from 5 star to 3 star cuz of the portions. They load up more rice and less protein and sauces and that makes the food bland. I have been noticing that even if asked to load up, they barely make any effort and fake fill your bowl. This location used to be good but its going downhill.

Chipotle was a good experience, the service was shockingly fast, a little too much so in the sense that you felt like you were holding the line just trying to view the menu quickly. The price was more than I would normally spend but the portions match the price you pay. This is definitely a place worth trying out, the taste is great and has many options for the heat level you want. The fresh chips are amazing as well.

Today was my third time coming here. Food is good but the service is not! No one really understands what your asking for, your rushed, this lady threw a whole bunch of sour cream in my bowl. And when we were trying to order the two ladies kept talking to each other.
Horrible experience, will never eat at this restaurant again. Steer clear from this establishment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was extremely poor – the girl who took my order was rude, dismissive, and kept rushing me to pick my toppings instead of letting me decide properly. To make things worse, the line was very long and there were only two people taking orders, which made the wait unnecessarily stressful.
The store was also in terrible condition. The floor had spilled drinks, tables were messy with leftover food, and it felt like no one was taking responsibility to keep the restaurant clean. This is unacceptable for a place that serves food.
This location clearly needs serious attention from upper management, starting with the store manager. Customers deserve respect, patience, and a clean environment – none of which I experienced here.
