Sloppy service super slow food wasent mixed and very stingy in the quantities.

I recently ordered food and it arrived in the worst condition possible. The tacos were completely soggy, dumped into the wrong container, and looked like a mess. There was no care taken in packaging—ingredients were falling out and soaked through.
To make it worse, the paper bag was completely soaked and torn, making it almost impossible to carry without spilling. The entire bottom had fallen apart by the time it arrived, and utensils were just tossed inside like an afterthought.
For a brand that’s supposed to care about presentation and quality, this was a total failure. I expected fresh, properly packaged food—not a soggy disaster. Extremely disappointed. WORST TACOS I HAVE EVER TRIED.

The food prep area was really dirty, as we're the tables to sit at. Food all over the floor too. Job ain't that hard people. Food was not real great either. Bar burrito is a better experience in my opinion

I don’t know what’s wrong with this location whether it’s the staff, or the training but they don’t really care about your order. This isn’t the service one would expect from Chipotle.

Service was so bad. It was my first time here and with my girlfriend. They rushed us very quickly while we were ordering, even though there was no one behind us in line. They would also roll their eyes if we took too long making a decision. One burrito bowl ended up being $20 because they did not tell me about the extra costs. They were muttering their words and whatever they offered we could not understand what they were saying.
I guess the workers expect customers to research the menu before opening the door? Kinda sad.

Love chipotle. Food always tastes great. They lack the protein scoop every time I go which sucks. Even when paying and asking for double it’s not really double. They just add a little extra. They should have a better system to portion out what you’re paying for.
