Ordered a half chicken al pastor, half steak burrito bowl with two tortilla wraps on the side. Flavor was pretty good and I was able to make two decent sized burritos with the tortillas. It was an office lunch so I cannot comment on the restaurant ambiance or cleanliness but I would visit again if nearby.

We use to come alot when it first opened really good Portion. But we can today and felt like we were rob of 45$ super small portions this time any other time it fill us up and this time we were still hungry

One word came to mind shortly after I entered this place...RUN! Dirty tables, awful service, substandard food. Should I go on?After going thru the line and watching the guy with the big bushy beard throw my food on the plate like a farm boy "slopping the hogs", I knew this was going to be a bad experience all around.Lots of staff had beards that at any time could drop whiskers into paying customer's food...no netting on their face at all. You had to guess what to order with no time to look over the food choices...and seriously, they were not visually appealing nor did the scent do them any justice either.In addition to this, we had to clear our own table as most of them had remnants of the previous customer's used and dirty plates on them.I had 3-4 bites out of my pile of slop on my plate and left the rest. The flavor was synonymous to this whole experience and I was afraid I would choke on a whisker eventually. I will chalk this visit up to experience.Overall DISGUSTING place. One that is extremely EASY to AVOID! Negative 10 rating.

GOT FOOD POISONING.Worst chipotle in Canada hands down. If you’re ordering out, inconsistent portions, always wrong meat options, rice is overcooked. If you’re eating in the customer service is terrible and the location is covered in garbage. And worst of all my partner and I got horrible food poisoning from this location.They’ll say to contact them but when you go to the website there is nowhere to complain about the Calgary location.Avoid this location. It’s put me off the entire chain and I used to love it.

I think because it's quite new their still get the qwerks worked out but man what a crappy experience. We were excited for our first chipotle experience but really disappointed. The line was all over, no friendly greeting the guy basically said what do you want and was rushing us. For some reason their toppings were all over the place we didn't even get lettuce and noticed after it was hidden behind the rice (so than probably soggy from it being hot). We got a barbacoa bowl and a carnita burrito. The meat was dry and tasted old. Nothing was fresh and the price was really high for such a gross experience. Maybe we will go back when the trend is over but for now we won't be returning

So I have been coming to Chipotle frequently ever since it opened and recently as I was eating my last soft taco I discovered a dead fly inside. It was absolutely disgusting. It made me think How many other flies have I consumed without noticing since this place is dirty as hell and you can't even find a place to sit down without bits of food pieces all over the floor and around the table. I could see why this unsafe sanitation attracts flies. I would avoid this place.

Such a flow show for me!I had dinner take out and i requested napkins and utensils I got three tissue papers lol.Couldn’t get my rewards point use either. Food was below average too. No spice no taste in it. I am the regular customer of mucho burrito I think I shouldn’t change it.Will not return or recommend this place to anyone.Look at the fake reviews as well ?
