Decided to order some Tiramisu after a nice dinner out with the wife.
Probably the worst dessert I have ever had. I had 2 bites and the rest went into the trash unfortunately.

Came for the crepes. Honestly, not horribly bad but if you’re looking for the typical decent crepe, it’s not here- especially for the price. The Nutella was clearly not real Nutella, or a good chocolate, tasted like some no name brand chocolate. Asked for a glass of water- which they apparently don’t do?.. you have to buy a water bottle. Cute place and good music, but stiff staff and overpriced menu overall. Update- my friend went to the bathroom and it was ghetto.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this waffle place. From the moment we walked in, the waitress was shockingly rude. Instead of greeting us, she rolled her eyes and behaved unprofessionally throughout our visit. We ordered a pizza waffle, but it was undercooked and had a strong raw egg taste. When I politely brought this up to the waffle maker, she responded respectfully and agreed to remake it. However, when the new waffle arrived, it was missing the fruits that were supposed to be included. The waitress’s behavior worsened when she made a threatening hand gesture toward me and aggressively walked in my direction. When I asked her why she was treating a customer like this, she brushed it off as if her actions were completely acceptable. It was clear she lacked any training in customer service and felt entitled to behave this way, likely because the restaurant belongs to her family. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed the manager was unavailable and couldn’t come. When I requested the manager’s contact information, she refused and falsely claimed she was the manager herself. It was obvious she wasn’t. She then made a call and spoke in Arabic, which I couldn’t understand. When I finally spoke to the supposed manager, they rudely informed me they could only come in two hours. I waited, but no one showed up. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism from both the waitress and the so-called manager. It’s clear they do not value their customers or care about providing a respectful or satisfying dining experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for quality service and a welcoming environment.

I came to such a rude woman and she didn't even welcome me I'm so angry right now she brought a waffle and the inside was not cooked, she asked if I wanted to change it, I said change please and she shook her finger at me threateningly what was the reason? Who are you? You are an employee and I am a customer and you can't behave like that, when I asked for the boss she said I am the boss and when I said her behavior was bad she said I should leave a bad comment, she shouted at me and she is so rude that you should definitely look at the comments anyway if there are so many bad comments and if you want to be happy you should choose another cafe. I'm waiting for the boss right now (her brother) I will update my comment when he comes

The server lady or whatever she is looked like she didn't even wanna be there she really needs to work on her customer service cause with that attitude she's getting no where...

Avoid this place at all cost. Came with high hopes and I wanted to support local instead of going to popular dessert places like dspot and it was HORRIBLE. First off we had a huge party and when we were seated they asked other customers to move, okay not bad but it gets worse. The lady who was the “server” told us that the menu was online, okay no big deal. Guess what? I check their website and there was no menu available, okay.. I check the google to see the menu, great I can see pictures but where is the price? So then I looked at doordash/uber/you name it! and it was nowhere!! The review of the food WAS the menu. I doubled check with the lady and she said “I already told you our menu isn’t working properly u just look at the pictures” with a rude tone. First off, you should provide printed menu then. I tried ordering something and the lady was like oh were not serving that anymore with a rude tone as if we know it’s not being served if you have no menu. Like seriously? Go print it on a plain paper then..
Okay, we still ordered and hopefully the price was in our budget. We ordered the cheese knafeh and it was horrible. Nothing like the picture and it tasted STRAIGHT like perfume. Ew. The brownies that we got from the stuffed crepe was so hard..I bet they were old, yuck. Now here’s the crazy part, YOU HAVE TI PAY FOR WATER. They don’t even provide you tap water, no they make you pay. I asked the lady if we could get some water and she said you have to pay. WHO DOESN’T HAVE WATER AVAILABLE ESPECIALLY THAT IT IS A DESSERT PLACE. We couldn’t even finish the food it was disguting, and when we ask for a box to go she pointed to a counter with take out boxes..now wtf😀😭. If I could give this place one star I WOULD.HORRIBLE PLACE, just go to Dspot this place is so bad with horrible service.

Just went there and before order my food needed to wash my hands, immediately one waitress called me and asked me if she can help, I said where is the menu and she pointed me to scan with my phone for the menu and I said that I need to wash my hands first and then coming and she was like Are you here to order or using washroom? I said I will check the menu and she was like I will see! It was so rude to do this with a customer. I checked the menu and left the café cuz I felt bad, Better the employer teach them how to talk to customers
