Steak was over done, Manager was just awful, took my client there for dinner. It was the first time he been to Chop and he will never go there again. Service was poor, orders were mixed up. All those folks looking to come here. Please go find another place to eat. I entertain clients for dinner and will never go to any Chop resteraunts across Canada. Manager said she would check up on us and never came back. Resteraunts was not busy at all. Spent over 200 bucks...Never again. Just awful service!!!!! What bad experience!!!

Brought my mom for her 60th birthday. Best choice! The chef came out to chat before we ordered, steak was cooked perfectly, so much flavor! And the atmosphere is amazing. Will definitely be back!
Great place for good quality steaks. Several options but the steak platter is the best deal. Try several different cuts on one platter. Always done to perfection. Prices are also onpar with other good steak houses. Always a good place for a great dinner.

Our waitress (think her name is Madison) did a wonderful job explaining the menu and offered complementary drink or desserts to us since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. She made great recommendation and answered our questions politely and ensuring we had everything we needed . The food was excellent and in good value. At the end, she gave us a greeting card with all the staff signed which surprised us and made us felt warm and welcome. Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back.

Food was great and the service was the best, even for how busy they were for the evening! Our server, Cas, was so sweet and personable throughout our time there!

We had an amazing family dinner here just before the year ended.
The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The plates were piping hot, and everything was served at the perfect temperature, ready to enjoy right away.
The 14oz prime steak was outstanding—cooked exactly to my favourite medium-rare, tender, and literally melted in my mouth.
Service was top-notch as well. Our waitress checked in on us often and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive.
