We go to Chop often, in different areas and cities and always have a great meal. Service is good and the food is always great. I gave 4 stars for value just because of the price for wine but to be fair, the prices are comparable to other places. This location is the first Chop we ever visited and we like to come back here. The Chili Garlic shrimp are a favourite of ours and never disappoints. We will always come back and especially since they are a part of our favourite hotel chain Sandman.

We have come back to this Chop several times. The food is exceptional, it's a quiet place to talk, and our server Jordan was very congenial and engaging. Look forward to coming back again. The prime rib was excellent and my wife said her steak and lobster was very good!

The experience was amazing! Me and my girlfriend had the best experience! Food was great, service was fast and the servers and bartenders had good jokes. The dark humor from the bartenders was definitely the best part of the entire night lol! Definitely will be back!

We had a belated anniversary dinner. It was our first time at Chop, and we were very impressed. I had the tomato bisque to start, followed by the top sirloin. My wife has the French onion soup, followed by the filet mignon. Everything was excellent. The steaks were seasoned with a very tasty (not spicy) run, then seared, then cooked. They came out very tender and delicious. For dessert I had the creme brulee. Normally this is a very small desert, but here it was a much bigger size. And delicious! Yes, we'll be back there again. PS: We used a gift card that was donated to Foothills Academy, a school for kids with learning disabilities. It was nice to see that Chop supports local charities, like Foothills Academy.

I had an amazing night at Chop! The only unfortunate part was Tony made me question my skills as a bartender…in making me want to be better. The place was busy but you wouldn’t know it with his engagement in conversation and attention to detail, whether it was the drinks he poured or making sure my meal was perfect. As he kept saying “when you’re here, you’re family” and I felt treated that way.

This restaurant ruined our 30th wedding anniversary with terrible food and not great service. They sent us a GC to try again, I guess that makes us sucker's for punishment...we ate there again tonight for my birthday. BIG MISTAKE! Worst ribs ever, tough and chewy served with mushy vegetables. Save your time and money and eat elsewhere, you'll pay high prices for mediocre at best food. We will not return again.
