Extremely slow service. Was told after my payment was taken that I would need to wait another 10 minutes after already waiting for more than 5 minutes just to order. I would not have ordered had I known it would take another 10 minutes to get a sandwich .

I often get the spicy chicken sandwich here and love it !! Packed with chicken , lettuce, mushrooms hard to take a bite as its that thick but today not the case. Not sure if it's new ownership but my multigrain spicy chicken sandwich was more like a grilled cheese flat! Barely any chicken or anything else! Too bad as its my lunch spot to go.

Ordered off Uber Eats, received half a bowl. Very very small portions at this location. Will be the last time and I highly recommend anyone else to go to another location. Do not support business that take advantage. When a bowl cost $20 I expect the container to be at least 3/4 full.

I ordered a Goddess Salad with added chicken and a drink which cost almost $30.00 with a tip…The salad was basically just lettuce with about 1 Tbsp of avocado and 2 Tbsp of chicken and a few pieces (as in only 2) of apple. I left feeling hungry and taken advantage of. I used to go to the Chopped Leaf all the time and it’s always been good… however lately, they hardly give you any food and it’s EXPENSIVE. I don’t think I’ll go to the Chopped Leaf again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and go somewhere else.The staff were friendly, but not friendly enough to compensate for the disappointing food.The photo of the salad I took just after it was served.

Absolutely disappointed.To save time between meeting, i Ordered a southwest salad for 11.99 and added chicked. Total was $16.78. Returned to the office to find a handful of salad with maybe 2oz of chicken. Salad was drenched in a sauce and the chicken was not edible. Had two bites and tossed it Straight into the garbage.Absolutely horrible service and food.Zero stars.

Used this location for an office catering order. Communication and ordering were super easy. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the tomato soup! Thanks Nathan!
