The Chopped Leaf

Got a Cobb bowl and the spicy chicken sandwich. The cobb bowl is supposed to have egg, lettuce, cheddar, avocado, bacon bits, red onion, grape tomatoes, and grilled chicken, along with Chipotle ranch dressing. Normally at other locations everything has been included in the bowl when I have ordered this in the past. For some reason the egg was not included this time, which was disappointing. If the menu states something is supposed to be in the bowl, then it should be in there unless the customer requests otherwise. Chopped leaf has been a good dinner option in the past, but this is disappointing, especially when you're paying over $16 for a bowl and expecting it to include all of the listed ingredients. If they didn't have any egg at the time, they should have mentioned that while we were ordering.
The chicken sandwich had too much lettuce and very little of the other fillings. It seems like they bulk up the sandwich with cheap lettuce and cut corners on the other fillings, but still charge almost $12 for the sandwich. The quality of chopped leaf seems to be going downhill while the prices continue go up. Next time we are looking for some where to eat, we will look elsewhere.

I went yesterday and got the Mediterranean and Goddess bowls and when we ate them we got sick. We started having stomach ache and diarrhea, along with nausea and dizziness. The quality is not good at all.

Disappointing ...expensive...very little veggies and the person making the food was taking on their phone the whole time...just..disappointing..😔

Healthy and tasty, the best quality of food

Really good, fresh, nice workers too. (I just wish my bowl was a bit more full of rice and toppings with the price) still happy besides that!

Absolutely disgusting. There was a long hair in my food and was made by an employee, Manpreet,
and she didn’t wear a hair net either. When I called Manpreet picked up and was dismissing my concerns until I said I wanted to speak to the manager. So gross and had to throw the whole thing out.

Not enough sweet potato or chicken for the extra cost

Great customer service and I loved their goddess bowl. The sweet potato’s and pumpkin seeds are so good!

It was my first time trying this place and it just so happened to be Customer Appreciation Day, so we got 50% off our order. I got the Santa Fe Chicken Wrap and it was so fresh and flavourful! Not only did we get a discount, but we got coupons as well! There was room for our baby in her stroller too which was awesome. Friendly staff and not loud in there either. I’ll definitely be back :)
