My brother and I went in at 8:30 Monday night and were served food that was barely put together (quesadilla) with barely any protein or anything in it at all. It was basically bread with pesto sauce. I myself got a wrap that was drenched in sauce to the point where I couldn’t finish it. If you are thinking about eating here, go to Royal oaks location

New favorite fast food choice! Super delish and HEALTHY. My server was amazing when I told her about a certain ingredient I absolutely had to avoid, she was right on it and even showed me the menu's ingredient checklist. Easy reference. Done! She built me a guilt-free and delicious work of art that I could actually enjoy.And yes, I ate the whole thing!Dietary restrictions: If you can't eat sugar or simple carbs, just tell them and they'll accommodate!

Ordered Mediterranean bowl a couple of times from the place and almost every time they miss atleast two ingredients in it. Why can’t just tell if you out of those ingredients? I would have atleast ordered something else. Or maybe you guys just completely don’t care what you serve. Pathetic service. Would not return here.

I’ve given this place multiple chances but have decided I will not be going back there. The last two times I’ve went the mixed greens were not fresh at all. It is very pricey for a tiny wrap so the ingredients should be atleast fresh. The wraps are very small for the price. Also the service is a bit slow.

Chopped leaf no longer puts rice in their bowls and wraps. I didn't know this and ordered a harvest wrap and after a couple bites realized there was no rice! I went into the store and informed the gentleman and he informed me that there is no longer any added rice but provided me with a free side of rice anyway! Very nice of him and much appreciated. Will keep coming back.
Every chopped leaf deserves 5 stars by default. What a miracle of an establishment. Especially this one. Owner turned out to be my neighbour and is a super good dude. Another guy working here remembers my girlfriend's modifications to her order and comments about her getting "the usual" - what place in 2023 does that!? Service aside, chopped leaf has the best sauces in the food game hands down. Every sauce is gourmet af and adds a ton of flavor to every item. Veggies are fresher than subways, meats are honestly average, but the sauces/salad dressings will blow you away. We ate here multiple times a week when we lived nearby and now eat multiple times a week at another location. Chopped leaf is the best deal on health food in the "fast food" industry. But you feel so great after. Enough stop reading this and go eat here.

Not a good experience. I’ve gone to many chopped leaf in the city and this location has to be the worst.. first off I waited over five minutes for to be helped. Clearly they were understaffed and I was patient enough until my experience got worse. I ordered the steak in the salad. I asked for my salad to have mixed in dressing before leaving. She not only forgot to mix the dressing into my salad like I requested but she gave me freezing cold steak. It was the most disgusting thing ever.. I would recommend going to other locations and not this one. For a $17 salad please do better

There was girl Named Manpreet, Was Humble ,customer service was above and beyond. She has potential to make someone’s day happy. Definitely Deserves raise or at least promotion.

On February 5th at 6:45pm we ordered the No. 2 bowl and advised the server of a wheat, egg and dairy allergy. We had an allergic reaction to something in the salad. The staff are not able to understand allergies. Please do not order from here if you have allergies.
