My son loved this place. He has so much fun playing games and loved the food. Went with a friend and their daughter. We ordered the #4 Pizza with the appetizer platter (bread sticks, fries, wings). The kids gobbled up the pizza and liked picking off the appetizer plate for the remainder of the stay. They also enjoyed meeting Chuck. E Cheese himself. Issues we had was the bathroom stalls didn’t close or lock properly. And there was only 2 ppl on staff at the counter, we waited 15 minutes for prizes because only one person was at the front welcoming new customers before they could go to the prize counter.

First time in almost 40 years when my daughter was little. Now I'm taking the granddaughters. They had lots of fun and the pizza was surprisingly delicious! Staff was helpful for someone not knowing the ropes

Had our daughters 3rd birthday party here. All staff were extremely kind and great with kids. Everyone was so helpful it was the least stressful child's birthday we've ever thrown. The kids all had so much fun, as did the adults. It was easy to book online, great communication, easy to adjust numbers or food. While it was a bit pricey, for the amount of time the kids got, the service, and food included it was definitely well worth it for our family. Looking forward to future family days and birthday party's there for sure!

This place was my favourite place to bring my grandchildren on weekdays cause it was less busy. Earlier today I was with my 3 grandkids aged 4-9 and an employee Xander proceeded to give me weird looks throughout the early afternoon. He didn’t help fix this game that we asked to be fixed and kept ignoring us then when we asked when our pizza would be ready (just a rough estimation because it was already taking awhile and we had to leave shortly) he then proceeded to give us snappy attitude about how it’s not his job to make food and how we where wasting his time. My grandson went to the play area and came back in tears saying a tall man told him to “get lost” when he bumped into him on accident. Horrible experience and we will not be returning. Don’t go here unless you want to be abused by their staff.

Did reservation 7 days before and they canceled without our notice. Found out on the day of our daughter’s birthday. Terrible.
While playing the arcade games with my son we were asked to put our cigarettes out, which is fine we understand. Clear signage indicating where we can, and cannot smoke inside would be greatly appreciated. For next time me and the boy will just smoke in the bathroom before we eat. Staff was extremely friendly food was excellent.

Beautiful place, we go there often, my kids love it, we usually get 30 min play free cards, kids love it, bathrooms are clean, Mascot of Chuck come and dances with kids, my kids love to hug so they also are accepting and very friendly. At the front everybody asks for a family picture before entering and before leaving for the safety of children and family. Love it❤️

The interior is definitely aging. Washrooms specifically the Men's, the urinals need a good scrub. I would trust the food there. Went there with my daughter just to play the games.
