To preface this review, I rarely leave negative or 1-star reviews. I'd rather just suck up a bad meal and not return, but this should serve as a warning.

First off, the employee was friendly, and the location was clean. The food itself is another story.

If looks could kill, then taste might too, just in the opposite way than you would hope.

The faux cream cheese icing tasted like playdough, and I think the cinnamon bun dough was undercooked. I'm genuinely worried about food poisoning from rancid oil. I shouldn't have finished it.

I can't believe this could pass chain standards, and if there is a quality control at a corporate level, they need to send the the owner and staff back into training or dump the franchise if the owner is cutting corners such as keeping ingredients past their expiry.

This is one of my favourite places to get a treat for myself! Service is always great, the selection is impressive, and being able to customize it is amazing! My favourites are the Banff roll and anything with the lemon icing and fresh fruits.

i recently went into this location in legacy and was deeply disappointed in all aspects. the service wasn’t good, the lady wasn’t friendly and just started at us. the cinnamon bun in general was way to expensive and sweet. the icing isn’t even cream cheese icing. the table’s were not cleaned at all, it wasn’t busy in there so there should be no reason that it wasn’t clean.

If you think you'd like a cinnamon bun with a bunch of crazy toppings, like cookie dough, syrups, flavored icing, then this is your place. If you're a person like me who just really enjoys a good cinnamon bun with a little cream cheese icing then this isn't a good choice. The bun itself was very subpar. For the price I expect a good, even better than average bun, but the bun I got was somehow both dry and doughy at the same time. Parts of it were quite soft but other parts were like dry stale bread. Both Cinzeo and Cobbs makes better cinnamon buns. Heck even the frozen buns you can buy and bake yourself at home are better. This place is not worth what you pay.

!! AVOID !! I gave 1 star because giving 0 stars isn't an option. Came over for a coffee and a cinnamon bun not knowing this was a vegan cafe. What I received for $8 wasn't a cinnamon bun as much as a disgusting chemical concoction reminiscent of undercooked pizza crust. Pricey and disgusting.

Order 30 minutes before close on Uber, but never received my order and had to cancel an hour after I ordered when initial delivery time was 25 minutes..next time I’ll read the reviews and just go to 130th

I've been looking forward to ordering from here for a week!First, I called and asked to order ahead for my daughter, who was out running errands, to pick up.Nop. Can't order ahead by phone. I was told flatly to order from uber eats or skip the dishes.Ok. I get it, they need a payment form before they can start assembling.Next, I figured out how to order online. I found uber eats, made an account and filled out my order. I normally get a YYC, but they had a thing promotimg the pineapple upside down, so I decided to try that. My daughter ordered a moose tracks and her boyfriend just wanted a plain, old skool. There was a bogo so we got two old skool for the price of one.It showed that delivery was free, so I decided to order it for delivery a few hours from then, when my daughter got home again. It arrived with a lovely note that the $13 bun I'd ordered was "out of stock" and that they replaced it with the $7 bun that they have on a bogo giving them away for free. With no cost adjustment. Seriously??? What happened to replacing items with equal or better??I love these buns but I might just go up to deerfoot instead
