food was good, service was quick. The only issues was I found a big chunk of sugar in my cinnamon bun that had to be removed. Other than one bite of a sugar chunk, the rest of the cinnamon bun was yummy.

Iove this place! Essentially jenny shes amazing!

I have a super early class and pass by here in the morning to get a coffee and a cinnamon bun. Jenny is super sweet and makes my morning so much better :) Even if you aren't the biggest fan of sweet things, the staff more than makes up for it. They're all so nice!

I was served today by Jenny, she was so friendly and kind! Everytime I go to Cinnzeo I always have hot and fresh cinnamon buns with generous amounts of icing and chocolate! Great service and highly recommend it!

Staff is super friendly and cinnamon buns are always fresh. I was offered an extra large bun with extra frosting during finals week. Super accessible location to students. Never fails to make my day!

Came to get an iced coffee, like I often do. Asked for less cream when I ordered, when I got my coffee it seemed more like iced milk compared to what I usually get when I order the same way, so I waited for her to finish with another customer and asked nicely if she (staff) “could just dump a little out and add some more coffee/ cold brew” , to which she grabbed my cup and dumped it all in the trash. Then gave me another coffee, exactly the same as the first. I left because I was getting late for class. Mistakes happen, and I never mind waiting a little, but a bad attitude for no reason is not justifiable.

The breakfast wrap was decent, but the coffee tasted weird. Based on other reviews I assume this isn’t normal. The first sip tasted good but the aftertaste strongly resembled the taste of cough syrup. It could’ve be a result of stale coffee beans. Regardless, I’m willing to give their coffee another chance.
