Karaoke is decent. Food is average, not amazing but usually doesn’t disappoint. The mushroom Swiss burger is probably the best thing on the menu. The handmade burger patties are 8oz which is bigger than almost every other pub/restaurant in the city. I had the clam chowder with my burger which had a bit of a weird texture - like way too much flour was used to thicken it or something.

Went to watch the last game of the World Series. There were still a few seats available even after game start time. The place is relatively small but a great neighborhood bar that serves great food. I had the French dip and potato soup and was stuffed after only half the sandwich. Would definitely go again.

I was introduced to City Pub when it became the home bar for my pool team. This is an update...the food is still great (quesadilla plus 😳) and so is the beer. Pool tournies on Saturdays again and good company. My serving sizes have always been more than I can eat and sooooo nommie! Still have Karaoke but only on Friday and Saturday now...not on a pool night 😁 Check it out!

We’ve been coming here for unbreaded chicken wings for years. It was always good, soft and juicy.
We had steak dinner and jambalaya tonight and we were surprised by the quality and the price. Medium rare steak was executed to perfection, not any worse than High end steakhouse. Jambalaya was flavourful and just right.

I am biased, I love their pizza and 20 oz. PBR pints. Never had a bad meal here, and supper affordable breakfast options when I am not that hungry on a weekend morning or bigger offerings for brunch with friends.

These people kicked out a homeless man in front of my face , Said he wasn’t welcome there and if I associate with them, I’m not welcome either… he Just wanted something to eat for Christ sake I wish I could refund my meal and give it to him
