It pours pale gold with bright, sparkling clarity and a soft blanket of white head. The aroma offers delicate, grainy malt sweetness supplemented by a light grassiness and a hint of floral hop The taste reminds you of a prairie afternoon. At first there is a soft malt sweetness like a sun-kissed sheaf of barley. This is followed by a crisper character of wavy grass and delicate clover honey. It has a balanced finish, with some subtle earthy hops accenting the malt sweetness without being bitter. The finish is clean and refreshing.

This place is a hidden gem in
Calgary. I've been 4 times, all for different occasions, and it's always just right. Music is not playing loudly, so you can actually talk with your companions. Great beers on tap and very considerate bartenders. Great patio out back that has games.

Welcoming, lively and friendly. Its the perfect bar for a toned-down experience that's more cozy and casual. If you like bars but don't like big crowds this place is perfect.

The stairs may be creaky, the walls may be old, but don’t be fooled. The vibes are electric. As soon as you walk in the smell of college students and cigarette smoke overwhelms you…. A familiar smell that is comforting. A great place to enjoy a frosty beverage with your best pals
