Worst buffet experience I’ve ever had. The naan was hard like papad, butter chicken had almost no chicken, and the goat curry had no goat. No starters, and the aloo gobi was spoiled. Food tasted stale, very limited variety, and absolutely not worth $19. Poor quality, poor value — I will never go back.

Worst Indian food in Calgary. We tried the buffet and most of the items were empty, and the few available didn’t taste good at all. Please don’t waste your money here.

Price was right for the food. Naan freshly cooked in front of us and plenty of it! The butter chicken was mediocre and I found that they used too much tandoori paste giving it a deep red colour and too much heat. The beef was a little sour as agreed upon by our entire table. The tandoori chicken was the highlight. Tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. For the price, I would go back just for the tandoori chicken. Not a big variety to chose from. I think Samosas would really be a favorite if added to the buffet

Decided to try Clay Oven since I was in the NE and walked into the restaurant to order a couple meals. In and out within 20 mins max! Got home and the food was super hot & tasty, it was packaged really nicely. And we all enjoyed our meals!! Highly recommend, even if you are not in the area, worth a drive! :)

Best Indian food in the city!! I have been a return customer for over 20 years and the never disappoint. Bindo and Ballpreet to over the business from their fathers and the same recipes have been passed down. Amazing delicious.

Me and my family love the food here, but unfortunately every time we eat here they mess up our order, weather it’s DoorDash or in person. We have a dairy allergy and we make it very clear. We came into the store today because it’s pretty hard to mess up an order in person and we told our server about our allergy, but when the food came it was completely disregarded. Very disappointing because we do enjoy the food, but unfortunately their lack of attention to detail and this being a consistent issue we will not be returning.
