I came here because of my friend’s recommendation, and they didn’t disappoint me! I tried the halibut claypot, and my friend had the smoked duck claypot. Both were absolutely amazing! The texture and flavor really impressed us. The staff were also very nice; I asked for extra claypot sauce and kimchi, and they brought plenty. Plus, the projector setup was really cool. I’ll definitely come back!

I stopped by Claypot Asian Food Kitchen in Calgary after craving for Cantonese style claypot. Unfortunately, the halibut claypot I got felt nothing like the authentic type…from the rice to the soy sauce…and I was genuinely disappointed eben though the fried milk was good…I’d give the 5.5/10

So impressed by this place. The food and service was fantastic. Super friendly staff were very attentive and fun. We ordered the dumplings to start and then the duck claypot and braised beef wide noodle dish. All were good. The noodles were the highlight. They were made in the Canton style with use of peppers known in that area for numbing your mouth a bit. Such a treat! The meat was perfectly cooked. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly reccomend.
