My night started by asking about Happy Hour. I was interested in ordering a bottle of wine I was told they would take $10 off the price of the bottle for happiy hour which I was quite pleased about, I then ordered bruschetta for an appetizer which was really good. For the main course I ordered a steak, medium rare with Neptune sauce. The steak came out with no Neptune sauce. They brought it out separately as they forgot Then when I cut into my steak it was well done not medium rare. They took it back and the chef brought out a new one. I cut this steak and this one was close to well done! The chef came out and agreed and said they would not charge me for the steak. And I agreed I would just eat it as I did not want to wait for a third steak. (The Neptune topping was delicious) I then asked for my bill. I was not charged for my steak as agreed but they did no take the $10 off my wine for happy hour as agreed When I questioned them about it they said they would no honor that as they did no charge for my meal. I feel that was not right! Happy Hour pricing had nothing to do with me not being charged for a steak that the chef could no cook in two tries! Overall not impressed
