I love this place. Been eating here for quite sometime. One thing I wish they’d change, is allowing animals in the restaurant. Last time I was there, someone had their dog in the store. A food establishment is not a place for a dog.

Outrageously bad chicken sandwich. I’ve never seen anything like it. Looks like tuna. Smells worse. I wish I’d taken a bite before i got back to my office. Ate it anyway as it was the only thing i had at that point. Worst $13 i ever spent.

My sons and I have been on a quest for the best burger in town. We found it at Clive. We have been back many times and have never been disappointed.

I’ve been to a Lots of restaurants, but this one is different in a good way, The food is magnificent. Service was Super kind, and the atmosphere of this place resembles a calm coffee shop. I will come to this place whenever I have time.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is 200% the best burger I've ever eaten! The burger is perfect! The fries are so crispy and juicy, all the workers are super kind and respectful! I would eat this for the rest of my life, yes it is that good!

One of my favourite burger places in Calgary. Their beef tastes fantastic, the Clive Sauce is always great, and if you're in the mood, the Custard Shakes are a nice treat.

How much could buying gloves for staff cost this establishment vs. all the business they are losing out of customers screaming “we don’t want bare-hands food”? I had a huge craving and wanted to come here today, but after reading all the negative reviews regarding hygiene, specially being pregnant, I will go somewhere else. Please listen to your customers, without them there’s no business. Gloves can’t cost losing this much business. Please fix this, we all want to come back.

Gross, they don’t wear any gloves when handling ingredients/burger buns etc. Staff is also rude and unwelcoming.

Ordered a burger and a poutine. Took almost 20 mins to get my order and 4 other people, that got there after me, were served first, as the staff lost track of peoples orders.

In addition to this, the long haired Asian girl with glasses, working the till, wasn’t wearing gloves and proceeded to handle the buns, after repeatedly touching her hair, face, the order touch screen, and the bag she puts receipts in. She was also picking away and going to town on a blister or zit on her hand, in between handling food. From numerous other reviews on Google, it looks like safe food handling protocol is an issue.

I usually like Clive Burger, but between the ridiculous wait and gross & unsafe food handling I won’t be back.

I enjoy the hotdogs and fries here usually. Although, I am not happy with the cashiers , who were different each time, but stillmanage to ring in a large fries everytime I asked for a small. It has happened three different times with different attendees. Is this done to the students and patrons to make them spend more money? This really makes me rethink coming back. It would be understandable if it was a mistake but now it's clear that it isn't. Is this how this place does business?

Clive Burger is our family's favourite Calgary burger joint! We love that you can customize your burger however you like it with a wide variety of standard and gourmet toppings. They have the best gluten free burger bun of anywhere I've been, and the fryer isn't cross contaminated so I can eat the fries. Which are so delicious - salty, crispy, and accompanied by Clive sauce (think Sriracha aioli). If you're feeling playful, try their milkshakes, which come spiked if you want.

Dietary restrictions: Easy option for gluten free. Vegan burger option also available.

Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids of all ages.

Wheelchair accessibility: Nope. Door isn't automatic and there are a couple of stairs to get to the more spacious tables. Chairs are fixed to the floor, so the layout doesn't really accommodate wheelchairs.

Have always loved Clive burger but the Gluten Free buns are not worth $4. They disintegrate and should be changed to a different bun! Disappointing.
