Ordered the chicken sando, chicken in the sandwich was mostly batter, and seasoning was inconsistent, some parts of the chicken were overly salty and others were fine. The chicken overall could’ve been juicier. We ordered 3 sandwiches as a group and all of them had burnt top buns, thankfully they replaced them. Was looking forward to trying this spot as I heard great things but I can confidently say that this place is not worth your time if you’re looking for quality chicken sandwiches.

I’ve had amazing food from Cluck in the past, but I recently ordered delivery and the food arrived very late and very cold. Unfortunately I couldn’t find their contact info on their website, but was able to locate their number elsewhere and called the restaurant. I explained the situation and they told me that the meal was picked up 35 min ago, and they expected my order to be delivered much sooner. They kindly refunded my order, and gave me a coupon towards my next one. I wasn’t expecting that at all! I thought they would tell me something like they had no control over the driver once the food leaves their premise, or that anything under an hour is normal, or the typical run around stuff. Instead, they took full accountability and I was blown away! I do recognize that in the food service industry that not everything goes perfectly all the time, and it’s how companies respond that makes all the difference. I can say that not only is Cluck’s food terrific, but that their service reflects a company that cares about their customers. I will definitely be back and will gladly recommend Cluck to anyone else.

RAW chicken sandwich. I thought it was ‘tender’ - but the texture was a little ‘different’. When I took a minute to look, it was in fact literally raw. Absolutely disgusting! I really hope I don’t get sick!!!

The food was great, especially the fries. I couldn't stop eating them. Big portions especially the snack wraps, employees are friendly and nice, and it didn't take to long to get fresh chicken. Its a little cramped inside, but that isn't to big of an issue as it's mostly take-out.

First time trying this place. The staff was amazing. I got the chicken tenders - the chicken was a great value, loved the battering and fry on it, I really enjoyed it but I am a dipper and love my honey mustard sauce as much as the chicken itself - was exceptional; the honey mustard sauce was horrible. Too much vinegar and left a horrible taste in my mouth. I was so disappointed I had to take the time to write in the hopes they may reconsider that receipe or opt for a commercially sold sauce.

Without a doubt one of our favourites - the best seasoning on the chicken, always perfectly crispy. I loveto order a side of chicken salad and ceasar salad to mix together as a side, but the poutine is a fun addition as well. The best weekly treat in our house!

Cluck and cleaver makes amazing fried chicken. It’s really remarkably good. I almost never eat fast food. But this is a special treat. Their fries are really good, as is their gravy and their coleslaw. They are always exceedingly pleasant. The atmosphere is fine, but it’s a takeout

We ordered the Family Pack with 8 pieces of chicken, coleslaw, large family fries, and 8 boneless chicken strips. The boneless strips were exceptionally tasty—well-spiced, juicy, and far superior to what most other places offer. They had a rich flavor and perfect texture that really stood out.
The 8-piece chicken was dark meat, making it extra juicy and flavorful. The crispy coating stayed intact and didn’t fall off, adding the perfect crunch to every bite.
The coleslaw was delicious and fresh, though I personally would have preferred a touch more vinegar—it’s more of a personal taste preference than a flaw. The cornbread was soft, fresh, and full of flavor, unlike the processed and bland versions from other brands.
Overall, this meal was much better than what you get from big chain restaurants. You can actually enjoy the full experience of eating well-made fried chicken—flavorful, satisfying, and freshly prepared.

Excellent food, fresh product made locally. The gravy is made inhouse, the hot sauce is inhouse made., I'm sure if there was a chicken coop in the back, then the chicken would be raised and plucked in house. :) Overall I recommend Cluck N Cleaver. It's good to have excellent local food.
