I went in for the first time ever to get some pumpkin scones and the lady behind the counter, in conversation while getting my order, asked me if I was pregnant. I was shocked and so mortified that she had asked that in front of other customers as I am not pregnant. I feel like although she was not trying to be hurtful, it definitely stung and it could be a teaching moment for her if addressed correctly so she doesn’t hurt other customers. I shop at Cobs Crowfoot often and decided to stop on the way home for some dessert today. I forgot my wallet but found $10 in the car.
I waited in line 10 minutes only to find out that they wouldn’t accept cash. While I understand requesting customers primarily use cards for transactions given COVID-19, in some circumstances cash is all people have.
I am extremely disappointed as I have always found the customer service to be exceptional here.
Grate always fresh bread in Cobs Crowfoot ,love this place ,strongly recommend to everyone ❤️
