The person at the counter was very nice and made some great recommendations. Sadly, when we tried the bread at home, both large pull-apart loaves were raw in the middle. I’ve usually had good experiences with COBS, so this was surprising, but it did leave me concerned about consistency.

I called Cobb's Glenmore Landing in advance to order 10 cinnamon buns for Christmas for my family. I had requested they have icing and even confirmed my order that they would have icing before picking up.
When I picked up my order Christmas eve, all 10 cinnamon buns were presented to me and none had icing. I told the guy I had requested these with icing. He then proceeded to ice the cinnamon buns at the checkout counter where you pay, and held the line up as it was extremely busy. I was embarrassed and felt bad because I knew Christmas is extremely busy and wanted to avoid this inconvenience. He then put a small dollop of icing on the center of each bun. I asked if I could have extra icing in a small container to take away because it wasn't enough icing. He said they don't have containers for that. I would have paid for this extra as well. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the buns. $40 for 10 cinnamon buns at mediocre quality at best. Hardly any cinnamon filling inside! See attached pictures of my disappointing cinnamon buns.
Save your money. Honestly, I would recommend to go to the Safeway bakery literally right there in Glenmore Landing. Better quality, fresh, half the price and loaded with cinnamon. $22 for 10 cinnamon buns if I had gone there.

So rude and unprofessional people
We come here every now and then for an afternoon snack. We’ve only tried their pastries and it’s always fresh and tasty. Love that they always have samples out as well. Employees are also friendly.

I have to limit my visits here simply because of the various scones... It's TOO tempting...! 😄 Seriously though, this place produces quality products...! From unique breads to treats such as the aforementioned scones (ie. Pumpkin spice, lemon blueberry, berry white chocolate, cinnamon, chocolate...), there are products here to satisfy most people.

The person handling the bread in the front had her shoulder length hair down. While the bread was being sliced, she so politely had brush her hair off her face ,full length, and the proceed to pack the bread....never have I seen this before.

I usually buy challah bread from a different COBS Bread location, but today I decided to stop by this one since it was on my way. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed when I got home. The bread was dry and almost stale, nothing like the soft, shiny, and delicious challah I’m used to from COBS Bread.

So much better than grocery store bread! And, plenty of the products are vegan.

I ordered sourdough bread and requested it to be sliced. The person assisting me was kind, but I noticed she handled the bread with bare hands, without wearing gloves, in front of me. She placed the bread in a plastic bag, but it was not packaged properly, making it unappealing to eat. I understand if proper handwashing had been done beforehand, but that wasn’t the case.

Came in and bought a bunch of random baked goods, they were very appealing to the eye. However, very dry and almost stale? Maybe a bad time of the day.

Nice staff. I went there because I had a coupon for a free sourdough loaf if a six pack of scones was purchased. The scones were a bit pricy but they tasted good (actually to me they were very very pricy, could've purchased five sourdough loaves at Superstore). They had a selection of sourdough loaves this time and I went with the cob (better known as a round loave or boule), it was dense, the crust was thick and chewy but otherwise, it was a good sourdough loaf. I doubt if it's good enough for repeat visits as we normally just let our bread machine run wild and really the grocery stores have some good inhouse par-baked options for real cheap, not quite true artisan but often good enough. I guess if you don't mind paying a premium for your bread or rather scones in my case, then Cob's should be fine and at least they won't get squashed in the click and connect pick up.
