COBS Bread Bakery Aspen Landing

Been buying bread products here weekly for years. Yesterday I was scolded for trying more than one tiny sample. I rarely try offered samples but have felt comfortable enough at Cobbs…I will not pay premium prices for bread and then take crap from the person who takes my money. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years and now will not return to Cobbs.

Store opens at 8am, however at 9:30 there still wasn't a lot of selection. All the things I asked for were not going to be ready till 10am. I had a coupon for a free loaf and when I presented it, the customer service rep told me I can get it next time. When I looked confused and asked why, she had no answer. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here anymore and don't recommend to others.

While I like Cobs Bread as a brand, this is my second time to this location and I found the staff unenthusiastic, even unfriendly. I went in yesterday on my birthday for my free cinnamon bun. They only had one other customer so it wasn’t busy. However the staff person almost seemed annoyed that I was there. I will not return to this location, however convenient it may be, again.

Have visited this location a couple of times now. Below average customer service in the afternoon shift … very “base”. Staff were thoroughly disinterested.

We do shopping from Cobs regularly. Our favourite bread is Cape Seed which is a bit expensive, but a great choice for multigrain and whole wheat artisan bread.

A family favorite for all things bagels! Their gourmet products are a must-try. Oh, and don't forget to treat yourselves with their hot-cross buns.

Excellent customer service was given to me at this store . I do recommend this place to everyone .

I went to the cobs bread and asked them if I could get a free loaf bread since I received an email saying I could get a free loaf if I spend $12 or more. I was told yes I could get it for free if I get more than $12 stuff. I picked up three items for more than $17 and paid for them. I was just waiting for my free loaf and she was like what are you waiting for. I kindly asked for the free loaf and she told me that sorry I told you that you could get a free loaf but you actually can not since the offer was expired. Great job done in triggering me into buying your products, COBS bread! Bravo!
