Really awesome staff, always a great experience!

The one thing I appreciate about cobs bread is that it's always consistent. The baked goods are always fresh.

I have only stepped foot in here once, and I do not regret doing so. The service was friendly, there was more than one worker despite the (seemingly) tame morning, and my scone was given to me in no time. I was also offered free samples, which shows that they are not skimpy and give you your money's worth. Prices were fair and affordable.

The service today was amazing!! Usually I go to Mahogany branch cause I live nearby and try to avoid the Legacy branch due to poor customer service. However today I was pleasantly surprised by the lady at the front. She was radiant, vivid and it was just a great service experience over all. I didn't get her name, but it was younger girl with glasses.

Stopped in at 8am, was pleased to see a huge amount of fresh, delicious baked goods! The employees were kind and patient with me. I really enjoyed the fresh cinnamon buns and fresh scones. I'll be coming back!

We love cobs bread. Come very often. The cinnamon bread is so delicious as well as the cheese pull apart bread. My kids love the ham and cheese croissants for breakfast or even for snack. I do wish they still had the sprinkle fun buns, they were so fun for younger kids. The samples are always wonderful. The staff is extremely happy and helpful.

*Edit to my review*I'm super impressed by how quickly the owners replied to my review and took immediate steps to fix the experiences I had. I spoke with Kelly at the bakery and she offered to replace the items that I had previously ordered, as well as asked for details so they could troubleshoot what might have caused the issue those times. Exceptional customer service, so I have no doubt that my experience wasn't the norm, and I look forward to trying the replacements when I pick them up tomorrow.Thank you, Kelly & Lee! :)Original review:It's possible that I've just had bad luck, but I have ordered twice from this location, and each time my order did not meet my expectations. I was disappointed because what I ordered definitely wasn't baked same-day and didn't taste fresh.That being said, both times included a free pastry which ended up being very fresh, and was the only thing I enjoyed in the orders. I do really appreciate that they give these freebies and leave thank-you notes on the packaging.I may give them one more chance in the hopes that this is not a typical experience. If so, I will update my review.
