She was awesome, very clean. It was nice how concerned she was that I get my free points and offers.

I wish I could leave a zero star review!!! One of the stuff was so rude and mean to me and for nothing!!! Just because I was pointing at the bread I wanted to take, she kept asking me what bread and wasn't willing to help or understand me, eventually I told her that I don't see good without my glasses and suddenly she did me a favor and gave me what I wanted. I asked her what was her name, she never answered me. This was the most disgusting and rude person I ever met in Canada and I was very disappointed, because in this country people mostly are very polite and kind. Shame on her!! I will never comeback to this place, they lost me as a client!

I love love love all your products but I hate the way you try and upsell. I went in to buy cinnamon buns and was asked if I wanted to buy a loaf for dipping or some scones… totally unfounded and really off putting.
Mm! The Lemon Blueberry scones are D-Lish! I'm not a huge citrus fan, but the lemon is light and just enough 'brightness' without overpowering the blueberry. And speaking of blueberries - they're loaded! So good! Definitely worth a try. I also saw Apple Pie scones... I'll have to try one of those next time. ;)

I wish I can put 0 star. My sister always get bread at Cob’s 130th branch and its really good so we decided to get breads here in Shawnessy Cob’s coz its closer from our house. We are really disappointed. Staff weren’t friendly and helpful and I started to feel uncomfortable that Im not welcome in the store but noticed that staff are friendly to caucasian customers. The Gourmet burger buns that we got are overcooked and the other bags of gourmet buns are all overcooked. We dont mind paying extra to get a better bun but this is worst than grocery bread for 1/3 of the price. We will not go back there as much as we want to support businesses in our community due to this experience. Please avoid this store if you are against racism and want to enjoy a good bread.

In this amazing business you can still have a human connection with staff and receive exceptional products and service.Their baked goods are always fresh and the store is clean and organized every single day. Also, they do not waste products but donate day old bread to schools and people who need them.In 2023, all of the above is a rear treasure and what people long for.
