I never felt so disrespected but your staff. I was trying to order some frozen pizza as well but was rushed and met with rude attitude because I was looking at the menu. She told me I can order frozen later as they need to make pizzas first. From now on I'm only ordering online.

This used to be a family favorite. Whenever we went to Calgary we would stock up. Unfortunately the last couple years the take and bake frozen pizzas ALWAYS come out doughy. You almost have to cook them till they're burnt to have the crust cook or waste the crust all together and just eat the topping. Waste of money now.

Placed an order and paid for it online. Got my confirmation email. Drove all the way there at my selected pick up time only to be told they were out of pepperoni, ground beef and pineapple and I could not have 3 of the pizzas I ordered. Why did the online system not state sold out? Why did they not let me know in the confirmation email before driving there? I was never offered a refund. I ended up taking whatever frozen pizza they had left. This was mid day. What is the point of pre ordering and paying online if this happens? I would not have ordered and drove all the way there had I known they were out of the pizzas I wanted.

Delicious Pizza as always. The crust seems to have slightly changed but it is very good still. Big Al’s 8” is my Go-To when I come here.
The service is really great here as well, friendly and patient staff.
Vegetarian options: Veggie pizzas.
Parking: Tons of spots, you will never be looking for a spot here.
