I placed a very large order ($400) with this location. I gave them the sheet of paper that had all the items listed on it and they entered into their system themselves. When I arrived to pick up the order, 3 items were the wrong size and I asked for it to be corrected. After receiving the corrected items and paying the price difference I was approached by a staff member and told that the manager said next time they would not correct the order for me. I explained how they were the ones that entered it in wrong and she just repeated the manager had said this and walked away. I am not sure why I would order from here again with that kind of service. The time prior to this they had mislabeled 2 orders and I did not complain about it as I realize that we place large orders and sometimes mistakes happen, but now after 2 times of their own mistakes and being told I have to deal with it, my company is not so inclined to return.

Pizza could have been cooked longer. Lady barely spoke a word to us. Restaurant and bathroom were filthy, couldn’t use the washroom due to the pubic hair everywhere. Floors, tables and chairs were not clean. Will not return to this location, ever,
