Long wait times and staff are so rude!
I asked the lady if my bubble tea was still coming after waiting just over 25 minutes when I was the only person in the store and she told me off.
Never returning.
Extremely long wait.
The first time I went I waited 20 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get my one singular bubble tea.
Second time I went the lady took my order, then took the order of the ten people behind me, made the people who ordered after me their drinks first, took 5 more orders and then proceeded to make my one singular bubble tea.
Both times I ordered a green tea… not sure if that’s considered an advanced bubble tea to make but this place is extremely slow and charges luxurious prices.
Can’t recommend to anyone.
Didn’t expect to walk in and be greeted by such a hot server! Sophia is not only stunning but also super patient and always serving with a smile. She made the whole experience perfect with her great service and amazing attitude. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
The service in this shop is very good. Sylvia has a nice personality, she is patient and warm, and she has given us a very good service. Good job

The drinks here is fantastic, especially mango slush. The girl who works here was provided amazing service for my order. Nice attitude and drink to us and I really had a great time there.
Not happy. I spent a dollar adding toppings to my drink for them to not even be in my drink. I didn’t notice until I was out of the parking lot and they had closed so I couldn’t go back.
I like their drinks but this was too much.

Really like the pearl milk tea here.
Didn’t order any extra pearls but the cup was filled with 80% pearls and barely any of the actual liquid. (Photo doesn’t do justice lol)
Yummy, great quality, clean, love the inclusivitty with the sticky notes!
Now I know why they are so popular.!! We ordered 3 Guys,Taro Slush and Chocolate. Will be back to try more series.
