CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice - Northmount Plaza

I visit coco all the time but I have to say this time I’m quite disappointed. I got a matcha milk tea with pearls and asked for extra pudding. Let’s juts say I got one piece of pudding. I also asked for less ice and the whole drink was just full of it. I have to say I’m very disappointed. Hopefully next time the person who made my drink can do it write.

It was my first time to drink coco and found out that half of the drink is just pearls. So sad!

We regularly visit this coco location but was disappointed with our order today. We had the oolong milk tea with pearls but there was no oolong flavour (as you can probably also tell by the colour of the drink - it is so pale, like milk) and barely any pearls. Hope today is just a bad day..

I recently visited CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice and was genuinely impressed by the attentiveness and kindness of the staff. They greet you with a smile and made sure each order was taken with care. The staff was quick to offer recommendations and even adjusted my drink to suit my preferences, showing how client-oriented their service truly is. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It's always a pleasure when great drinks come with such warm, thoughtful service!

Always love the drinks here (3 Guys and the Lychee Yakult are my favourites but they're all delicious) and the server I had this evening (Ricky) was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back soon.

Long wait times and staff are so rude!

I asked the lady if my bubble tea was still coming after waiting just over 25 minutes when I was the only person in the store and she told me off.

Never returning.

Extremely long wait.

The first time I went I waited 20 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get my one singular bubble tea.

Second time I went the lady took my order, then took the order of the ten people behind me, made the people who ordered after me their drinks first, took 5 more orders and then proceeded to make my one singular bubble tea.

Both times I ordered a green tea… not sure if that’s considered an advanced bubble tea to make but this place is extremely slow and charges luxurious prices.

Can’t recommend to anyone.

Didn’t expect to walk in and be greeted by such a hot server! Sophia is not only stunning but also super patient and always serving with a smile. She made the whole experience perfect with her great service and amazing attitude. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

The service in this shop is very good. Sylvia has a nice personality, she is patient and warm, and she has given us a very good service. Good job
