Placed an online order for 1 pearl milk tea. Got there after 15 minutes and let them know I was here. However, when I spoke to someone they said “a few more minutes”, then I see them only starting to send my order through. So I waited for another 15 minutes then went to talk with another girl and let her know I have been waiting 30 minutes since I placed the order. She let me know there are 2 more drinks ahead because the first worker never sent through my order. Horrible service, never place online you might as well just go inside and wait in line.

The staff here are always so friendly and upbeat! Great atmosphere and delicious drinks, definitely one of my favourite places to go for bubble tea!

Good location, always busy
Got 4 drinks and they got 2 of them wrong. Only noticed after I already got home that they gave us the wrong drinks and order number for 2 of them.
