Comery Block is easily one of the best barbecue restaurants I’ve visited. I ordered the pork ribs, brisket, beef short ribs, Frito Pie, and burnt ends, and every single dish was packed with flavor. The pork ribs were tender and smoky, the brisket had that perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the burnt ends were rich and delicious.
The standout for me was the beef short ribs—absolutely incredible. They were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. I’d highly recommend them to anyone coming here for the first time.
On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent. My server gave thoughtful recommendations and really made my first visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
Overall, Comery Block delivers top-notch barbecue with fantastic service. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I’ll be coming back for those short ribs again

First time going— Very poor service. Food arrived first and then our drinks. Waited 15minutes in between seeing the server every time. Last ditch effort to order a beer before leaving and she never brought it and just gave us the bill. Tables all around us were left waiting for the server. Food was good, won’t be back because of the service.

We found ourselves waiting for our server multiple times to get another drink, at the end of the evening we waited another 20 minutes for a bill. The food was phenomenal but the service was just atrocious.
