Staff was very polite and friendly. The shop was cute and there was no lineup. They were quick, but quality was not great. Latte was just milk with a bit of coffee. I asked for a sandwich if it could be made without egg but they said most of the foods were premade and not fresh. Otherwise grilled cheese sandwich was fine.

This is great if your picking up odds and sodds but to expensive and limited to shop for a family.

While I find some things here a bit pricey, they have a great selection of different products that I can't find anywhere else (Earth Island cream cheese!). In addition to fresh produce, packaged food products, and beauty/wellness & cleaning products, they also have a salad bar and some ready made food, all of which is labeled as to whether or not it is vegan.

I came here for lunch and ended up also doing my shopping. They had what I wanted but I have to admit I had trouble finding one of my items (potentially an operator error). Salad bar was super good. Fresh with nice options and very little that was not vegan. They also had soup and hot foods available. Nice, sunny room with tables to sit in and eat. Appreciated that I could use a real plate and metal fork rather than take away boxes and utensils.

The name says it all really, this down to earth mid-scale supermarket has almost everything you'd need for healthy eating (even a little coffee shop on the side too!) Staff seemed engaged and knowledgeable too. (This is one of a few outlets in the Calgary region so I presume the others are similar.) I think a key strength is staying close to its customers and its community with lots of activities for people to take part in across the year. NB: They do sell meats and dairy produce (which personally I don't like to see, but it is a reality of these places from Wholefoods down apparently!) Enjoy.
