Love Cookie Mama, Janet is amazing. She accommodates so many dietary requirements, and her baked goods are excellent. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, and her GF options are delicious and an 10/10. Exceptional communication and customer service. The owner of this establishment is highly unprofessional. I had an email exchange that turned sour for seemingly no reason except that the owner (Janet Wong Ken) seems to have difficulty communicating in a courteous or professional way. If you are not doing a run-of-the-mill order, like a special occasion order, I would not suggest this place. 0/10 would not recommend.

Been coming to Cookie Mama for over 8 years! The owner Janet is simply amazing. And the cakes?? Delicious! Excellent craftsmanship not just on looks but the flavors and textures too. They can even print custom images if you need them Oh! And the images are edible too. I got this one made for a friend's birthday but I've also done cookies with my company logo on it to gift to clients. Can't recommend Janet (Cookie Mama) enough.

I ordered 12 assorted gluten free cupcakes from Cookie Mama. Each one of them was so delicious. The cupcakes were moist and just the right level of sweetness. There are several flavours to choose from, I was impressed with the variety. Highly recommend! This will be our go-to for gluten free sweets from now on.

We ordered a small wedding cake from Cookie Mama, in order to accommodate an egg allergy. It was moist and full of strawberries, decorated with fresh fruit and icing flowers, and it was just the right size to fit our two cake toppers! Easy to work with and very happy with the result :)

I ordered an 8" - "Vacation", chocolate on chocolate - dairy free cake for my friends birthday. We had about 15 people and the cake was a complete hit. A handful of people were very sensitive to dairy specifically the birthday girl. Everyone was very pleased with the beautifully rich moist cake ,with very balanced sweetness and beautifully decorated. It was perfect. It's hard to please a room of 15 different people but this cake did the job wonderfully.
Dietary restrictions: The dairy free tasted excellent.
Lady on the phone needs to speak in a better way with her customers.

- Paper planes ($85.00 for 6”) - vanilla cake with tiramisu drizzle and dairy free vanilla icing. The priciest, blandest cake I’ve eaten. Zero tiramisu flavour along with being dry.
Would not buy a cake from CM again.
