I’ve gone here a few times and it’s always been great atmosphere, great service and great food. I have noticed a dip in the quality recently. I few beans have been raw/undercooked, the employees don’t seem to strain the beans at all if they’re even able to, it creates a very soupy burrito, and I did find a small hair in my salad. I’m hoping Costa can get back to its earlier quality as it was one of my favourite places in the city to have Mexican food.

Why is it a battle to have my food made how I like it here? Once again, after a long time from my last review, they argued tonight and wouldn't put pico in my chicken quesidilia. Why is this so hard for some of the staff? Others do it no problem, some charge extra. Can you please figure this out because I absolutely LOVE this place, but will stop going if I have to battle to get my food made how I want it. Its really such a simple request.

was my first time coming to costa vida i drive by all the time and decided today was the day. Erika helped me, i told her it was my first time and she recommended some great options (burritos and enchiladas) obvi i picked enchiladas. she was so sweet and even let me pick two options for my meat. i’ve never had such good customer service in a food chain, even though it was a short interaction! i’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of her:) thanks girl!! i hope you get a promotion 😎

Horrible food, asked for a burrito and it came in a bowl, no peppers or any veggies just some crab lettuce and tomato, my wife had a baja bowl crab aswell toss it in the bin

The food always slaps. I can attest to the quesadillas, burritos, and nachos as delicious. Service is quick, over the counter like a Subway. Good pricing, I put four stars for atmosphere as they are very casual.

Stumbled upon this place by chance on our way back home and super happy we tried it out! One of the best burritos I’ve had from a fast food joint in Alberta! Huge portions, great tasting proteins(especially the sweet pork), fresh groceries, soft and chewy tortillas at a reasonable price! The joint was clean and welcoming with a fun colourful vibe! Service was awesome! Will definitely hit this place up again!

This place should post a warning on the door to caution you about how addictive the food is. Everytime I eat here, I wonder why I don't come more frequently. I always order a savory pork burrito without rice (they are happy to substitute a little bit of their three bean varieties which I much prefer to rice). Smothered with sauce and a pince of cilantro and it is absolutely delicious. The portion size is large but it is so delicious that finishing it is never a problem. The staff are polite and professional, they are great. Just writing this review makes me want to go back for another delicious burrito!
