Came to the store to use a new sign up coupon and just got yelled at and told “we will not accept the coupon” before I could even say anything… then the manager just kept raising his voice over mine when I tried to even say anything. All I was saying was “that’s fine” and then he finally calmed down but it was super unprofessional and I was also told that they’re a new independent company from costa Vida? Don’t know how true that is considering their sign and the receipts still say costa Vida but I have a feeling he just didn’t want to give me the discount… overall the food was good but the service was a bit lacking

Our family love costa vida food so much but during our recent visit we were very disappointed with the hygiene standards. One of the young female staff members was holding her phone and then prepared our food without washing her hands. She was also wearing nail polish, which is generally discouraged in food service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and will be informing my family as well.

Costa Vida is hands down one of our favorite spots! The food is always fresh and delicious, with generous portions that leave us more than satisfied. My significant other love's their large salad (yes, I get credit for the salad), The service is impressively quick, and every time we come in, our food is served warm and ready to enjoy. If you're looking for a place with fantastic food and efficient service, Costa Vida is the spot!

I travel an hour to get to Costco Vida when I'm in the mood for burritos, and the portions are great, and I always have leftovers for lunch the next day (as long as my son doesn't spot it in the fridge ) lol
Loved the chicken burrito. That’s our favourite and we tried the tres leches cake it was so delicious it’s a must try. We tried sweet pork but not our favourite.

Always excellent service and food. My go-to is the large steak salad and it’s always so fresh- they often grill the steak fresh when you order one! Highly recommend for a healthy, yummy and filling meal. The managers and workers are so incredibly kind and truly put their heart and soul into their work. 5 Stars!
