My hubby and I were there today and I have to say the service we got was amazing!! The young lady who started our order was phenomenal, best service we have had in a very long time. Thank you so very much. The food as always hands down the best.

The washrooms are disgusting, splats all over the toilet bowl. Their manager is very rude, I felt bad for the skip driver who got embarassed for placing their bag on top of their table and was told not to do so. I wouldn’t go back here, horrible experience!

When it’s good and fresh it’s great but a lot of the time it isn’t. You are gambling that you’re there on the day of the week where they do all of their food prep. Quite often the cilantro is black, the guacamole is brown, and they are constantly reheating the beans. For the prices I expect better

I used to love coming to eat here but today I am very disappointed, they serve you less and less portion, the prices are more expensive and the taste is not to mention... what a shame really... I would no longer recommend it.

Went in for takeout today at 4:45 PM at the Costa Vida on 130th SE. All was fine until it came time to pay, the young lady working there tipped the first double beef enchilada dish on it's side to get it into the bag I didn't ask for, ended up with this. Seriously, common sense appears to be a rare commodity nowadays! Never again!!!!!!

Good food but strange how they have multiple people working but can't serve another customer until they have finished the ones head of you. Makes me question why they need so many staff if 3/4 of them are ignoring the line. Not even an acknowledgement that other customers are there is bizarre.
I have been here numerous times but not for a while , i pick them over other burrito joints for quality snd decent portion size as they are expensive. This is the last time I will ever go. The cheapness of service and portions is out of control. I mean I paid for full sizes and they barely put anything on them the taste was OK but size and than normally you get a few sauces that are part if it and I got upcharged for everything without even talking me the price. Be ashamed Costa Vida as you uave chosen to be cheap and quality has went down now you lost my business. I won't go again and I hope no one else will.

Walked in was greeted in the most friendly way the gentleman helping us was so upbeat and kept a smile the entire time he knew then menu inside and out. Throughout the entire time in line he made sure that our order was done the way we wanted. The level of customer service was unmatched.

The manager is a total jew when it comes to portions. I know places like chipotle get slandered for skimping out on portions but this place took it to a whole new level.
1. They don’t tell you what comes on the item you’re ordering. They literally refused to tell me what cost extra and what was free with it. I got one scoop of gauc and they asked if I want another and I asked if it was extra and they just stared at me. Then mumbled it was after some. Not only that but the manager is watching the workers every move they didn’t even offer any toppings to me and my family all I had on my 2 steak tacos was lettuce and salsa.
The thing that ticked me off the most was when they put the steak in my tacos the manager came over and scooped 2 pieces of steak out of the tacos. And told the worker it was too much.
I’m not going to lie the food was good but for the price and the whole interaction I wouldn’t go again.
