I have a love/hate relationship with Costco. Kirkland is a great brand with consistent quality products. Visiting any Costco however is torture. They frequently move products so you have to search for them. And it's way too busy. Anybody who makes it through should get an "I survived Costco and all I got was this lousy sticker" sticker. ??

I love costco everything about it and the amount of good stuff i get is insane. Everyone should shop at costco just getting your tires changed is enough to make the membership worth it.

Bought tires from the store. No appointment in two weeks. Tire shop more like a tire tire warehouse filled up by tires. Only want to sell tires to make money. One of the worst stores in Costco. Definitely avoid it.

The employees are always approachable and willing to help, whether it’s finding an item or answering questions. A simple smile and friendly attitude go a long way in making customers feel welcome. Offering samples and product demonstrations is a great way for customers to try before they buy. The store are generally clean, organized, and easy to navigate, making the shopping experience more enjoyable.
Also one time, I forgot that they don’t use Visa card and had left my wallet at home with my debit card because I switch purses often. The staff were so friendly about it, they kindly held my groceries at the front. When I returned, everything was still there, and they made the whole experience stress free. Amazing service! Thanks♥️

It took 45 minutes to sign up for a membership. While I realise it will take new team members longer get through the process I was getting frustrated when the other 3 people behind the counter who weren't busy were not helping the new team member. This has been a bad experience and will probably avoid this warehouse in the future
