Front staff ok, room was fine. Did not try restaurant because it was very expensive. However, for an airport hotel, the shuttle service was untenable. Had to take a taxi from the airport because we arrived "after the service stopped for the night". Had to take a taxi back because it had left 10 minutes before and wouldn't be around for another hour. Is there even a shuttle? I don't know I didn't see it. Will I stay there again? Nah

They're not able to upgrade my room to a suite because i got a discounted price for the event of my aunt. They would rather not sell a room than offer upgrade. Everywhere i go i am even offered if if i didn't ask. Just that night i needed a separate bedroom from the living room so i could work undisturbed by my kids. Well, i didn't check in. I moved to residence inn instead, they upgraded my room no problem. And they have free breakfast. Do not go here. The staff are terrible.

Great location, just 10 minutes from the airport. No noise, clean room, friendly staff, and a nice cup of coffee and breakfast selection from District 4 cafe. Will stay again!
